Hell, yeah! My son and I were visiting from Colorado and a friend who used to live in San Clemente. Told us to check out nine Style. He said it was the bomb and it did not disappoint.
I am passionate about trees and seafood, and the chef’s choice. Chirashi Bole was out of this world. The quantity and flavor was over the top.
Also had yellow tail collars, and my son loved mango and red bean mochi!

9 style is our favorite local sushi spot. We love their chef’s specials and premium sashimi platter. Their fish is fresh and well cut. They offer fresh wasabi. Sake list is decent. The service is always great and chefs are friendly. The only issue is that it’s very popular, making for a long wait for a table at times.

I always order the bluefin tuna, uni, dragon hand roll, and I believe it was scallops with caviar, which is hands down one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The quality and freshness of everything are truly impressive, and it all melts in your mouth in the best way possible. On top of that, the service is fantastic! This place is great! Tough to get a table because they are always busy. We enjoyed the tempura eggplant, amberjack sushi, San Clemente roll, Koba Koba roll, and Seared yellowtail roll. The yellowtail roll was my personal favorite. They even included a free dessert of assorted mochi ice cream because we had to wait for our reservation table for 15 minutes. Definitely will be back soon!

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Our server was absolutely the best—knowledgeable, kind, and made great recommendations.
