My husband and I had a fantastic meal at 9prime last night, celebrating our anniversary. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. The atmosphere was so festive with all of the Christmas decor and live music (sax, piano & trumpet) playing in the background. The food was amazing; calamari, filet, delmonico & lobster mac & cheese. Although we were stuffed and didn’t plan on dessert, our server brought out a little plate of macaroons, wishing us an happy anniversary! Everything was delicious and we had a great time. We’ll absolutely be back!

The atmosphere is incredible. Food is great. Salads were supreme and the steak was awesome. I wouldn’t get the crab cakes btw.

Had an incredible dining experience at 9 Prime. We started with their cheese board and it was perfect. A mix of cheeses, fresh bread, nuts, and jam that paired well together.

For my main, I got the lobster and truffle carbonara. It was UNREAL. My mouth is still watering. When the server told me it was the chefs favorite, I knew I had to try it! I’m a dirty martini connoisseur and this was perfect. Cold and smooth with bleu cheese stuffed olives. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in West Chester, this is definitely the spot.

We held my husband’s surprise 40th birthday dinner in the vault and were so impressed with the 9Prime team from start to finish. They all went above and beyond accommodating every request. The food was amazing and the planning experience with Dalilah was wonderful! From the customized menus, and helping me get personalized favors from another local business to the place settings ahead of time, to my husband’s favorite signature cocktail, that dinner is one we will be talking about for years to come, thank you all!

Excellent service and food. The hostesses and our server were extremely attentive and friendly. I loved my cauliflower steak and the sides were delicious. I would highly recommend the 9 Prime Potatoes, Creamed Spinach sides, and the Delmonico steak.
Beautiful decor and music, it was truly a special night.

100/10 Experience all around. My girlfriend and I finally decided 9 Prime, and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. We got two great apps, the A5 Wagyu, and a great truffle pasta dish, followed by two great desserts. Great wine selection, attentive service, peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Not cheap, but then again, good is not cheap, and cheap is not good. Will be back without a doubt.

TLDR: Get a seat in the downstairs bar area, ask for Justin, skip the steak but don’t sleep on the BLT salad and cheesecake.

Atmosphere and the space are way better than they have any right to be. Really enjoyed the Bass Clarinet / Piano duet they had playing and the reimagined retro bank space.

The salads were great, especially enjoyed the crisp pork cubes on the BLT. The steak was not great and the spinach didn’t have much flavor. The cheesecake was to die for. Cocktails were good not great. Our server, Justin, was fantastic, attentive friendly and helpful.

Disappointed in my experience. Ordered Osetra caviar and wasn’t given that but rather a Kaluga hybrid. The prices on the menu for our steaks were higher on the check. My filet was overly charred and the potatoes were very oily. Not sustainable to bring your child for a special occasion, many other steak houses provide a reasonable priced kids coursed meal (including dessert) my son is 6 and it was expensive Ala carte items for a child. Will go elsewhere next time.

I recently dined at 9 Prime and overall had a great experience. The food was very good — the steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the Brussels sprouts were some of the best I’ve had. They also have a really nice drink menu with plenty of solid options to pair with dinner.

The service was excellent from start to finish — attentive, professional, and made the night feel special.

That said, it is very expensive. This is definitely not an everyday dinner spot. It’s more of a place you go for a very, very special occasion when you’re ready to splurge.

Overall, great food and great service — just be prepared for the price tag.

Dining here was a unique experience.
The chairs were super comfortable, the lighting perfect, and the atmosphere is something of its very own.

For starters we had the pork belly, calamari, and octopus. The calamari was splendid as was the pork belly, the octopus had a surprisingly soft texture and was not chewy like I was accustomed to.

Entrees were the dry aged Kentucky bone in strip as well as the 4oz wagyu beef with scallops and grilled shrimp. Both Kentucky steaks were heavily salted and the wagyu honestly tasted like butter. The main downside (in my opinion) everything was heavily charred. I felt like I ran my tongue over a grill that is how strong the char taste was on really everything.

I really appreciated how seriously the restaurant took food intolerance and allergies. It did make me sad that if you cannot eat chocolate there is rather limited options for dessert, and even more limitations due to lack of stock.
The price is high but the portions are generous for the starters and entrees.

I wouldn’t recommend the single scoop of icecream for 9$ that honestly felt excessive.

Overall we had a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the treat they presented my father for his birthday that made everything extra special.
