it’s small yet must visit. Items are fresh , good and tasty. The item cost is reasonable. Bakery items are soft , delicious and flavorful. Service seems slow but staff is good and generous and serves fairly quick. Dining area is also available if one wants to have coffee / tea and bakery items.
Parking is available but little bit difficult to get.

My first and last time at this location. Went in for lunch and asked for two pesto chicken sandwiches. As I ordered the male worker walked by and said “nope” not even looking at me. The female worker politely said “it seems like we don’t have any sandwiches” I said okay just those or all sandwiches ? She says all. That was fine. I then asked if there was any hot food that was prepared. She said we don’t have any more sandwiches. I said I know I’m asking if you have any hot food prepared and she said we bake everything hot everyday. Now I worked in foodservice and ANYBODY who has knows what I meant by that. She was not rude but I knew she knew what I was asking and its Just ridiculous and such a waste of time. Never coming back.

I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee during my lunch break and they gave me a cup with 85% ice and maybe five sips of coffee. it tasted great and all but i am very disappointed in them not giving more than even half the size of the cup in liquid!!! do better and dont waste my money next time!

It’s smaller than regular 85 C store. I am a vegetarian and this had great options. Love the Jalapeño cream cheese bun and potato buns. The price as always is reasonable and the staff were good. Also it’s inside the mall so easy to grab a snack while shopping. The cakes look great and are tasty. Try the moose. Must visit.

Great place for sweets! The young lady that was at the cash register was kind and fun. They had an abundance of sweets and drinks. They are very affordable and clean. Highly recommend!

This location is smaller and in the mall. Service was slower and we were charged twice for 1 item. The bread was fresh and really good. The line was long and there was only 1 cashier on a busy Saturday morning.

Service is terrible. Staff is rude and not polite. I work in the mall, actually right next door to this location. I as well as my coworkers have been coming to this location almost everyday for the past two years (I work 5 days a week). The staff acts as if they don’t know who we are despite us literally being the store connected adjacent to them and frequenting this location often.
Not only is the staff generally unfriendly and unhelpful as a mall neighbor, prompting my coworker to swear by never spending money at the location after a negative experience with staff. I recently purchased a large peach green tea with mango jelly as I have done so for almost two years. The first time the drink was made wrong and was passionfruit and not peach. I return drink and it is made again (just a tad of an inconvenience bc I had to leave the floor of my store as a manager to return my drink). The drink that was made a second time lacked any kind of sweetener prompting me to have to leave my store for a second time to ask that my drink be made again. Upon the third time having to do this, I was seemingly patronized by the girl at the register and the woman who made my drink. I was told sweetener was included when I’ve drank the drink for two years daily I know it lacked the sweetener, it’s not rocket science to know when you’re drinking bitter tea. My drink was remade again by the girl at the register who then told me to taste it to make sure it was ok before she patronized me by saying, “I made your drink the same way she did with the company standard of sweetness” ok? Maybe they did make the drink exactly the same way but it’s not impossible that the first girl forgot to include sweetener. I’m a manager at a luxury retailer next door, my discretion is SHARP. I found it incredibly rude that I was made to seem like I was being a picky customer when I was the one literally inconvenienced as a MANAGER by having to leave my store 4 times in total to resolve this. Despite them being my neighbor, I will never spend money at this location again.

Super affordable
Guava pastry is good and I would get it again
Milk tea bun is ok. I like the real boba pearls inside but I would not get it again cus it’s too soft.
Berry tale has good berry flavor but I don’t like the cream filling, would not get again.
Elote bun is delicious and I would get it again

This place is amazing. Place is spotless, everything in order and labeled, staff was great! Everything looks good. I wanted to try everything! Drinks and sweets were on point. I’m definitely coming back when I’m in town again!
