One of the best restaurants I’ve found in Seattle. The chef & owner came to our table to say thank you & celebrate my partner’s birthday, which meant so much! I will never forget the freaking dessert on the 6 course meal! Cherry blossom sorbet….. with rhubarb. WELL DONE! Everything was incredibly creative & the service was on it! This was an incredible dinner experience. We were there early and were able to get a small table by the window. We had excellent service, our food was top notch, and the open kitchen gave an intimate dinner feel. Everything we had was delicious and the staff worked to coverevery detail. We were suspect of the high reviews, but they are well founded, and we are believers!

The grilled romain salad knocked my socks off. I believe it is the grilling and the combined flavor of Parmesan, it tastes so umami that I almost thought it is seaweed. It was grilled to perfection (unlike lots of other restaurant who tend to burn the ingredient). Not to mention that the chef made it on the fly because I asked to not use the bacon vinaigrette. The flavor profile is so well balanced too.

50/10 dining experience. Ate alone, sat at the bar, Zack (or Zach!) was my waiter and I wish I could give him 600 stars. He was considerate, friendly and gave great advice on the menu. Also never let my wine glass hit empty.
