We eat at 82 West at least once a week for either girls night with my daughters or family night. We love it! The food and the service is always great. It is close to home so we don’t have to drive very far to get there but even if it were a longer drive it would be well worth it! Highly recommended anything on the menu!

I tried the blackened grouper and my wife had the hamburger.
The grouper was delicious and the burger has a great sauce and taste to it.
I will be back here in a few months hunting and I look forward to eating here.
The owner was working as the waiter as his had called in, he brought my daughter a coloring book and a box of crowns. Not 2 or 3 a box. Very nicely done. Has won my business every hunting trip and I was only paying through to see a friend with my family.

I wish I could give the place 5 stars but I truthfully cannot ..
The food is really kinda bland and not very much flavor at all. But the service has been awesome .
I had the Steak fingers and my wife had the Patty Melt.. The place gives you plenty to eat on your basket but portions mean nothing without taste and flavor . But in all fairness could have caught the place on a night with a bad cook. They are still down to earth friendly and a nice atmosphere . Stop in and give em a shot. You might be surprised.

We travel a lot and eat a lot of rural backwoods places. This little gem was to die for. We had the steak finger basket and I wanted to order like 5 more for the road. Everything we saw come out to the other tables looked amazing and everyone seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals. Our waitress was sweet as pie. If we ever find ourselves in this neck of the woods again you can bet we will return.

Ok it looks like a greasy spoon but we had some of the best tasting and perfectly prepared ribeyes ever at 82 West. The sides were fresh and my husband said the hot rolls served with our meals were out of this world. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they advertised meals on the board that they did not even actually offer the night we were there. Also the atmosphere leaves much to be be desired.

Loved it! A wonderful hometown meal welcoming staff. We had lunch after shopping for flowers. Bbque french fries a big hit great for sharing an appetizer. We had chicken fingers beer batter onion rings, bbq sand, pickles and sauce was on the side with fried okra. A club sand with nice thick ham and sliced Turkey. could tell the bacon was cooked fresh! A delish meal will definitely go back and try their dinner menu!

Awesome restraunt. Best burger I’ve ever had. (Hoghway burger add bacon). Cooked perfectly. The place had great friendly people, Clean restrooms, Nice small town feel. I had zero complaints.. I Will be back for sure.

The food was okay. My husband said his burger was below picnic quality and $$$ for the meal. If you are looking for a good burger keep driving and hit a Wendy’s or the like. You will be happier. My steak burger with onions, mushrooms, and gravy was decent, but cooked crispy. 20 minutes later, I can say something had msg because I have that wicked msg headache. The service was incredibly poor, not rude, but not interested. I would not recommend this place. A shame 82 is a pretty drive in LA

A true gem in a rural Alabama town. I travel considerably, and have eaten steaks all over this country, you’re not going to find any better. The seafood is gulf water fresh the service is perfect unpretentious and the cost is very reasonable. Go by and visit these fine folks!
