Great new family-friendly spot with something for everyone! Bowling, lots of video games for kids, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, pool tables, and a bar for adults. They also have private party rooms with digital golf and cornhole, which is a huge plus for birthdays or group events.
Since it’s a new establishment, patience is needed as they are still a bit short-staffed. However, the staff on hand were very helpful and working hard to keep everything running smoothly.
Highly recommend for family outings, parties, or even a rainy weekend with the kids. We’ll definitely be back.

Awesome new spot! Mini golf axel throwing, arcade, bowling, milkshake bar, alcohol bar, air hockey, basketball, overall very nice place!
Update! Friend booked a lane so walked in and asked to book the empty lane next to him and was denied due to being booked but the place was dead! Literally nobody came within 5 or 6 lanes the entire hour. Awful customer service. The bowling lanes are poor quality and not quality, fun but should be much cheaper based on the equipment they have, balls would move left and right due to conditions of the brand new lanes. Floors are sticky and seemingly not regularly moped. I get it, sticky beer and drinks but nobody wants to step in nasty sticky floor. Hope it survives! Will return but it’s new and hopefully just working out the details.

Headline: Dangerous Negligence and Extremely Poor Quality

I visited 810 Entertainment at Dulles Town Center, and I was shocked by the lack of management and blatant disregard for safety.

The Safety Hazards (Serious Concern):

The facility itself feels like an unfinished construction site. There is raw, exposed plywood ripe for a child to get splinters—a massive injury risk for the families and children who visit this mall.

The most alarming issue, however, was the completely unmonitored axe-throwing lanes. I witnessed two sharpened axes sitting out in an open, empty lane with no staff present or any physical barrier preventing someone from walking up and grabbing them. When I alerted the staff that sharp weapons were sitting unattended in a public space, I was dismissively told they would “lock them up later.” Leaving unsecured weapons in a high-traffic mall area is incredibly reckless and negligent.

The Mini Golf:
Save your money. At $15 per person, I expected a professional course. Instead, it’s a “janky,” poorly designed DIY project made of 2x4s, plywood, and bricks. The physics are nonexistent, and the design is frustratingly bad. It is not worth the price of admission and feels like it was thrown together with zero attention to detail or quality.

This place is a major liability and a tragedy waiting to happen. I will not be returning and have reported these conditions to mall management and local authorities.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and had an amazing experience! The place has everything you could want for a fun celebration arcade games, laser tag, bowling, Mini Golf and lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and everyone in our group had a great time.

The staff were helpful and made the birthday celebration feel special, and the variety of activities kept all the kids engaged the entire time.

Highly recommend for birthday parties or just a fun day out with family and friends. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had my son’s 10th Birthday Party here of about 30 people (party room) and was skeptical of this new place. The booking over the phone was done by Brooks out of their HQ store in Myrtle Beach for the Dulles Location. The customer service was great! Chef G was the cook for all of our food and the manager on duty. The food was awesome and their entire team was helpful and accommodating. The kids finished with 30 minutes of laser tag. They were a bit rowdy but the team member was so patient and helpful for the kids to have a great time. I was very impressed how they handled the party.

This is a nice place, but it needs some work. A little too industrialized in my opinion.

We were with my 2 year old and asked if we could bowl and they said “no we can’t do bowling right now” I went up again and asked if I could join the waitlist for bowling and was told there was no waitlist and to just use the website extremely dismissive (it was 6pm the earliest “slot” on the website was 9pm). This would be the only bowling alley in the area without a waitlist.

We hung around for a little. They have two sections for bowing. In the one section alone there was 12 open lanes. Guess the business does not like money, if the service continues how it is, it will not last in this area.

I visited yesterday afternoon for the second time with my family to have some fun and bowl. This place is nice, but I noticed that there seemed to be literally one person catering to our row of 16 or 17 different tables during our entire visit. I expressed my sympathy and kudos to our waitress (young, tall woman with glasses I believe) who was hustling and taking great care of us. I honestly felt terrible for her. Food and drinks were not that good for the price and the managers do not seem helpful nor attentive to customers or their own staff, unfortunately. I know this place is still new so hopefully they work out their kinks.

Came in for a visit and the server with the red shit can’t remember his name. He was amazing and tried to help me find my check, but there wasn’t one. So I went to the lady at the bar with a red shirt and she wasn’t any help honestly. She was rude so I left with my son. As I was walking out I heard the lady at the bar yelling kinda loudly. Turner around and seen she was being rude to the server who tried to help me. I don’t think she needs to be in this industry if she is going to completely rude to her staff while bartending. I seen everyone had a walkie so why is she yelling across the bar to each staffs attention? Honestly don’t even want to come back here, prices are way to high for things that are mediocre. Staff has no idea what’s going on. The shake place has the most amazing person ever, but y’all were out of milk how is the possible on a Saturday!!!?

810 Entertainment Bowling is hands down one of the best entertainment spots I’ve been to. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly, from lane setup to food service, and it really elevated the entire experience.

The food was surprisingly great for an entertainment venue—fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. It wasn’t just “bowling alley food”; it felt thoughtfully prepared and perfect for a night out with friends or family.

A huge shoutout to Mark, the GM, who truly goes above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in the experience guests have—he was professional, approachable, and made sure everyone was taken care of. His leadership really shows in how well the place is run.

If you’re looking for a fun, well-managed spot with great vibes, great food, and top-tier service, 810 Entertainment Bowling is the place. We’ll definitely be back!
