Good spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. We went here twice on our trip and both times the service was friendly and fast. They had a lot of sandwiches, baked goods, and snack options, among cooked breakfasts. The turkey sandwich came with a fair amount of meat and filling and the bagel was warm and tasted great. A little overpriced, but to be expected as it’s near Times Square.

We totally enjoyed the deli. Their menu is huge with something for everyone. I had a cupcake for dessert which was so good. It was fresh and I enjoyed every bite. We like it so much we ate there twice during our recent NY visit and we were not disappointed. We’ll be back to NY and will definitely eat here again

Oh my God! I had such a good experience having breakfast at this place. They have a lot of options for all kinds of different styles of breakfast depending on what you are looking for.
The employees were the best. They are nice and they help you with your choice. They also speak spanish and could speak portuguese to help with the tourist that don’t speak english.
The food is very nice and the portions are the right amount to have a very big meal. The Latte is very good and I also recommend the pancakes (with extra fruits) or the supreme Omelete.
Family friendly and very clean.

⚠️⚠️⚠️I recently brought a French omelette with extra eggs, no mushrooms no cheese. When I picked up my order, the omelette had cheese in it, which I don’t consume dairy I call the restaurant back, which I was introduced to the manager named Jerry. I was explaining to him how I did not consume dairy and asked if he can he remake my order. He became loud and rude. I paid over $30 For my Meal which wasn’t refunded or remade. They are overpriced and very bad service not worth your time or money. Very disappointed.

Very overpriced food!! Four of us ate there for breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary. 2 sandwiches, french toast, and an omlette, coffee, and 3 orange juices. Somehow came to almost $90. We could barely understand anyone in there. I tried to inquire about the total being so high, but couldn’t understand a thing. And of course no itemized receipt. He just kept keying things into the register. Very shady.

(1) The casher needs to work on to be customer friendly. He’s definitely not ready to interact with any customer with rude attitude and words. I was there on Oct 7th, 2025 around 6.30.
(2) They need to make their menu to be integrated. One of my orders was Protein pancake which has description with two eggs included. But they charge almost $4 per egg.
(3) They need to upgrade their receipt. It’s very deceptive and when you ask questions, you get yelled.
I went in to this place juat because I was too tired to walk one more block: My biggest mistake from my trip to NY.

A little rude and WAY overpriced. I made a custom sandwich: Chicken cutlet, Lettuce, Tomato, Balsamic, &Mozzarella. The sandwich was very very good. However, I had to pay extra per topping.
Sandwich, bag of candy, 2 waters , 1 Gatorade and a slice of cheesecake = $56… $56 is outrageous.

I had never been genuinely sad to finish a meal before eating here. The lasagna was amazing and one of the best things I have ever had. The meatballs are made from scratch and the sauce is incredible. Our plan had been to have dinner at a nearby place but the line was too long, so we popped in here. So happy how our evening turned out.
