We went to this place for a friend’s recommendation. First the environment doesn’t seem Wao! or very active but maybe because it was on Sunday. However the food was really delicious and decent. The portions were pretty good as well. I recommend you try it.

Came in with my fam from MD for some traditional Dominican Food. My nephew wanted to come back here to celebrate his 15th bday. He and everyone definitely loved our dishes. Friendly service. The new location is much better. Wish you all the best with this gorgeous location! Can’t wait to come back.

The only reason why I gave a couple of stars was cause the waiter was very nice! I ordered the Boca Chica (red snapper) and I was very disappointed! The fish had no taste and I could smell the oil it was fried in! The macaroni salad was heavy in mayo/cream.. even the bread tasted bad. I thought it was just me but even my in laws agreed! Ooh and I can make a much better flan! Def not like the old 809!

The vibes are great. But I say for hours not one person came up to us and offered us bottle service or hookah. After asking numerous times we continue to wait. Vibes are great couldn’t tell you how anything else was. We sat From 10-12 waiting for bottle service. You decide – my first impression of this place had me shocked based off what I’ve heard.
