Maybe it’s the fact that it’s 7 days old and the owners are putting their heart into each dish, but today’s breakfast was delicious.
We got kalua hash Benedicts and upgraded the side of fried rice to “pork adobo fried rice”. Great combo!! The Anuenue french toast with haupia sauce on the side (6 half slices) breakfast plate came with 3 eggs and bacon. Big servings, delicious food, and served by friendly people.
Scoop on trash: tough. Opt out of drinks and flatware if you can help it. Containers are polypropylene with polystyrene sauce dishes.

Nina can cook her butt off! Taste through the roof! I had Local flava eggs Benedict with bacon. Words can’t describe accurately how good it is. Home made hollandaise sauce and everything fresh. If you have to wait, it’s worth the wait. My new favorite restaurant in Hilo

Kens was closed and gave these guys a shot. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Smoked pork Loko Moko was fantastic. Only down side was CASH ONLY.

Excellent breakfast! We had the crab cake Benedicts and the Blue water breakfast with salmon. Both were very flavorful and delicious. The hash browns were crispy and awesome. Same owner as 808 Grindz in Kona, this new biz in Hilo just opened about 2 weeks ago. We definitely recommend having a meal here. They’re open for lunch too.

Customer Service always top notch so friendly!! I’d even say some of the best in Hilo. Food priced really good for Hilo, I tried the Cornbeef Hash Benedict was very tasty. Definitely a new spot for us.
