Spent $60 here for a board with chicken wings, cheese and some veg/fruit. The cheese were globs about 2 tablespoons each and tasted like cheap cheese. They gave us 2 or 3 pieces of stale sliced baguette bread. No crackers. So here we sat with globs of tasteless cheese and nothing to put it on. What are you supposed to do, chew on a 2 tablespoon glob? We went back inside to ask for some crackers or something to put the cheese blobs on and they wanted more $ for that. We declined. Also, the employees here seemed aloof, didn’t seem to care. In my opinion this place is overrated, the cheese they serve was not tasty. The chicken wings were good but Wing Stop does it better. Hype. If you want to waste $$$$ for a mediocre food plate then come on down. We won’t be going back and won’t be recommending to anyone. Here’s the glob they serve (see photo). I’ve eaten at some of the top restaurants and venues in the world. Bottom line: In my opinion Albertson’s has a cheese tray for $10 that blows this away. Crackers are there also. And the bread ain’t stale.

Nice place but the industrial lights are too bright. Lower the super bright lights and add more string lights. My eyes were burning after an hour.

Great new spot in town to grab a drink after work or listen to some live music on the weekends (they’ve got new musicians every Fri/Sat/Sun). There’s not a ton of spaces in Santa Maria for young, working professionals and this is exactly the type of vibe I’ve been looking for. The patio is an added bonus and a great spot to sit as the weather warms up. Food is beautiful and flavors are on point. You’ve got yourselves a loyal customer!

If I could give 6Stars I would. The cutest couple run this place and they make the best food and have some great beer and wine selections. Music is always spot on and you’re greeted with a smile everytime

We enjoyed the brunch board this morning and it was phenomenal!! The quality was amazing and so much food! Great cheeses and delicious salami, bacon, pastry, parfait and more. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding and they were all so friendly. I even had a dietary restriction and they graciously accommodated . Kudos to 805 Charcuterie. We HIGHLY recommend this place and will be back.

$45 for a board with chunks of one variety of cheap cheese, a 70¢ donut covering half the board. Then there was the sad fruit: old grapes and half strawberry, plain baby cup of yogurt barely a pinch of granola, 1/4 strawberry, 2 dried apricots, 2 strips of waffle, 2 pepperoni, 2 dates, 1 strip of bacon.

The saddest charcuterie.
Oh and lots of flies.
No spoons for the yogurt, no honey for the yogurt, no maple for the strip of waffle. $30 for bottle of wine, yet still poor service.
You’re better off going to a winery with much better ambience, and chill bottle service.
Been here before, the quality has gone down, no delicate touch or attention to detail. Seriously, a donut? And Old fruit? Wine is ok, bought a bottle.
If I spend $70 on your business, don’t harp on me for $3 of my favorite dietary juice, making the table. You don’t serve it. It’s a public market and it’s not like I brought a competing drink or my own cake, in which case most restaurants accommodate. Your attitude killed the vibes, not coming back.
Tldr: overpriced, uninspired, and lost it’s touch.
