ordered Philly steak and cheese, it was soaked in grease. so much it was dripping. also got the burger. it had a terrible taste, it was a chemical taste. I’ve had gas station food better. paid 30bucks for these two items and was worried I’d be sick after eating just a little. avoid this place at all cost. go somewhere else.

Tuesday Feb 4 11:00pm. I didn’t get their names, but my wife and I received EXEMPLARY service from the two young men working that evening. Perfectly personal. Hope nothing but the best for those two. They obviously upheld and exceeded corporate values. But yet embraced customer service and hospitality in a refreshing way. Again, I wish I could give them more credit by knowing and mentioning their names, but great food, great service. Bravo!

We ordered a philly sandwich and a philly wrap with onion rings and fries, which we were recommended their best on the menu whan asking upon odering. It was absolutely disgusting. Im not saying cook wise but it was soggy and could tell it is frozen food. I know most places are frozen but this was horrible and for over $40 is insane.

I’m ONLY giving 3 overall stars because the food was good. The cashier was probably one of the rudest people in the service industry I’ve ever met. First, he was in the bathroom for 5-10 minutes while multiple people were in line (okay, understandable), but then when he got back, it was like an inconvenience that we were there. Multiple times acted like we were stupid for the questions we asked about the menu and Caesar’s rewards. There’s way more detail I could go into but just know the cashier is very rude. The cooks weren’t much better. Thankfully the food was very good, but still expensive.

The employees seemed like they would have rather been anywhere except work around anyone except customers and each other. The rotten attitudes spilled over into the food prep and we’ve been suffering from the after effects for a couple of days now. Spare yourself the misery and expense

Went in around 2 pm. The cashier is not friendly. The quality of the food doesn’t match the price. We ordered rurben sandwiches, a fried catfish burger, and extra onion rings cost $31.xx. 7 pieces of onion rings charge $6.99.

NEVER again!! The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the grill cook was at least friendly!! The lady taking our order was immediately rude and acted irritated that we were there, that she had to be there, all of it. The burger looks nothing like anything pictured and was overcooked. Cheese fries were decent. Definitely won’t visit again when we’re at the casino.

My wife & I decided to try this spot out while spending time at the Horseshoe Casino this weekend. First off they had a sign on the wall stating they charge 200 Caesars Rewards Credits for every dollar you use with your Caesars Rewards credit to purchase your food. When I paid for my food; the cashier told me they do not accept Caesars Rewards Credits at all for payment. That’s odd seeing as YOUR ESTABLISHMENT is located inside of a Caesars property and normally your allowed to use your Caesars Rewards card to gain points and use points while staying at their property!!! The food we ordered was not that great. My wife got a Chili Hot Dog and it was served on a hoagie bun which was too much bread with this lousy chili that looked like it came out of a can. My Catfish Filet sandwich meal wasn’t any better. You would think being here in Mississippi the catfish would be on point but it wasn’t. Waste of $38 for that meal.
