FANTASTIC & AMAZING!
From the moment we arrived, everything felt premium yet relaxed.
The food was outstanding – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered was spot on. The servings are generous and plentiful.
The service was just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing.
Highly recommend, definitely book in advance!

What an awesome place, the atmosphere was great, the serive was friendly and efficient and the food delicious!
We managed to book a table and were seated next to the window area. The clear blinds were down to keep the cool weather and rain out, but as it cleared up the staff were onto it and the blinds were raised letting the beaufltiful day it. It was quite lofty with the water views of Lake Macquarie. The big pot plants were on wheels and once seated were move to give us the feel of privacy, creating a great atmosphere.
The food was absolutely delicious and there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t enjoy. The servings size of there meals were good for the price and the flavours fantastic. Even the fish with the fish and chips was fresh, thick with the flesh and cooked to perfection.
Definitely planning to come back again to try more of the menu

We had an exceptional experience at 8 at Trinity last Saturday. The atmosphere with the soft music playing in the background set a wonderful vibe. The view was breathtaking. The food quality is superb and the flavours of the shared platter (meatballs, squid, prawns, burrata cheese and tomatoes), Quattro pizza, double cooked chicken were delicious – the ravioli was underwhelming, and the lamb pasta was a tad salty to our liking. The service was top notch, shout out to Duc for his outstanding hospitality. Everything about the restaurant was so special.

I bought my daughter and her husband a gift card for their 14th Anniversary.
They commented they were given their own secluded seating away from other people (so it felt), with water views.
They reported as hot as it was outside, they couldn’t tell because of the breeze coming off the water.
The reported the food was amazing!!

Everyone made them feel like they were the only ones in the restaurant though it was packed!
My daughter commented each dish was brought out 30 minutes apart which allowed their food to digest between each dish.
They also had a cocktail which they thought was also amazing and couldn’t get over the deserts.
They reported their favourite dishes were the blue crab spaghetti, (I can’t remember the correct name), and the Bombe Alaska.
They commented it was beautiful way to recharge as a couple because as parents they don’t get enough quality time together.
They also reported the deserts came out with sparklers and Happy Anniversary written in chocolate across their plates.
Thank you so much to everyone involved in looking after my daughter and her husband and making them feel like a “million dollars!” on their special day. It is very much appreciated and they came aaay feeling like they were recharged and relaxed. ❤️

Wonderful spot. Top class service and excellent menu. Very diverse menu options with a Stella wine selection to suit almost anyone. Well worth the trip. A true jewel on the NSW coastline. Don’t wait for a special occasion. It is special in and of itself.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my bf ordered a seafood platter, sirloin steak，and crab spaghetti. The seafood platter is pretty good, but I would prefer they don’t put any sauce on the oyster so I can taste the original taste of it. Sirloin steak may have been waiting for a while to be served so it’s not medium rare anymore but the meat and sauce taste good. Out of all the food we ordered, crab spaghetti is the best , 10 out of 10!

Very classy and a great experience! We came for an after lunch snack on a rainy Saturday in November and it was bustling. We got the kingfish Ceviche and scallops because they were highly rated and they didn’t disappoint. The kingfish was fresh, slightly chewy with a nice tart aftertaste. The scallops were very umami and creamy, with a nutty flavour and good depth. It was on the more pricey side and similar to a fine dining experience. As a result I am rating based on expectations of fine dining. The scallops were slightly above average for fine dining, and the kingfish was around average. The service was fast though and the waiters quite accommodating when we asked to change tables to get a better view!
We were able to make a reservation about 30min before we arrived which was a bonus since many reviews said you had to book in advance.
