I loved the look of the place. They didn’t have cold brew that I ordered online but they accommodate with a hot coffee which was nice, and free cookies for the inconvenience. The sandwich itself was good, but while I was eating something seemed off about the texture. I realized I was eating paper that was inside my sandwich. The paper that usually comes in deli meat. That was really disappointing. I had to dig it out of my sandwich. I ate it afterward but was worried I didn’t get it all and was still eating it. Not sure how I feel about coming back after that being it could happen again. I haven’t fully decided. It feels like poor lack of attention and lack of quality of food severed.

Great service and food! First visit this morning 3/6. I used to work at this location when it was Fredericks Carryout 20+ years ago.
As soon as you walk in it has a by the beach type vibe. The young man that greeted me and took my order was such a kind soul. It’s so humbling to see that in this day and time.
It was my first time, so I asked him to suggest a few things, and he did. Everything looked good on the menu. There are a lot of options. I got the club sandwich. Everything was perfect about it!! It also had a slight sweetness to it, maybe the onions, but it gave it a special touch. When I unwrapped my sandwich there was a little cookie in there which was also really good. I have heard about the hush puppies so many times so I had to try them. It’s a nice size order…10 hush puppies. Definitely will be getting them again!!!!

I have been to 7th Street multiple times and it is one of my favorite lunch places! I work nearby and I order in advance. The customer service is great – everyone is friendly and accommodating to large orders or sandwich modifications. The location is small and gives a beach-style atmosphere. I think if it was located on the corner, there would be more outdoor seating. The food is always delicious! The crabby fries are the perfect combination of cheese, crab meat, and Old Bay. My personal favorite is the Malibu – turkey, bacon, sprouts, avocado…you can never go wrong! Love this spot.

Genuinely believe this place has one of THEE BEST ITALIAN SUBS I have ever had in the state of Maryland. The Godfather is an absolute must, a perfect blend of seasoning/dressing and toppings. They also have some delicious hot sandwiches. They are not the cheapest sandwiches but you get a lot for your dollar, the largest version of their sandwich can feed two easily. Cannot recommend this place enough as someone who loves a good sandwich.

I just stopped into 7th Street Cafe for a quick dinner. I ordered the Steak and Cheese sub and it is delicious!! 10/10 stars. I haven’t even finished eating my sub yet, but I had to leave an excellent review. Give them a try…it’ll be worth it!!

A local pointed me here – and they did not steer me wrong! Cool surf-shack vibe with upbeat music. Outdoor seating was available. I had the Johnny Utah and it was terrific. Great bread, fresh ingredients, and tasty “surf sauce”. I got the half sandwich, which was plenty for me.
Oh, and it came with a free bite-sized cookie! Absolutely zero complaints.

I’m a disabled person and I have needed to stop by the doctors, I didn’t want cheap food so I stopped by. I found the whole place rather accessible except for one table placed in a little strange position. The food was delicious. I had a longboard chicken pesto. for long board. chicken pasta was a bit heavier than I expected but still delicious. The fries were great and the lady was kind enough to bring me some mustard. if I’m in town I will definitely eat again. the whole place look clean and everybody was pleasant. The music was ’70s ’80s and the whole place had a sort of feel of a early ’90s resource room. it was actually strangely pleasing
All in all I would eat here again and try a few other things that they’ve got!!!!

I recently had surgery and was very limited on what I could eat. There was a chicken pesto sandwich, but I got it without the bread and some other things. They did a great job and also gave me a discounted price since I did not get bread, etc.. I have been there plenty of times before and every time it’s been great. I’m looking forward to when I can fully eat everything!! Very friendly and accommodating thank you so much!

the staff are super friendly.. one of the better pastrami sandwiches ive had in a while.. really good mustard thinly shaved pastrami melty cheese and the bread is buttered and griddled so edges are fried crispy and cheese melted into everything..just greesy goodness..and goes really nicely with their tomato soup
