I feel that the staff was very polite and the establishment looked clean however, I ordered the shrimp po boy but, the shrimp wasn’t cleaned properly. I also feel that the amount of shrimp given was underwhelming. The least you can do is clean the seafood you are serving. I found that disturbing because I had it on my lunch hour and had to throw the entire thing away once I realizing the poop is just cooked inside my shrimp which can cause someone to fall ill. I also didn’t have time to turn around and return it so I didnt get an opportunity to eat lunch but I will be calling for a refund shortly

Run, don’t walk to this small unassuming restaurant. Service isn’t the best, because they’re way too busy to deal with on-site customers. So far. But back to the food, wow, wow and wow! You won’t be disappointed and may even return the next day. Everything we ordered tasted delicious and was served hot. If you like spicy and tasty, this is the place!

I’m so glad there’s a 7Spice near me now! The restaurant was clean, including the restroom, and the cashier was very helpful and polite. As usual the food was awesome! I had the blackened catfish and shrimp with dirty rice. I hear the fried rice is great too! Gotta go back soon to try it!

Seafood is bomb, French fries & Service Stale
First time here and a disappointing experience to say the least. The staff were on their phone when I came in and the overall energy in the restaurant was as stale as their French fries.
Speaking of fries, they tasted at least a day old and reheated at best. The catfish and shrimp were amazing though, however, staff put all the sauces at the bottom of the bag and they wasted. I called back to have them remake the order and of course there was an attitude from them. Just wanted to remake my fries and not everything else that would be cold by the time I got to eat it all.
Thankfully, someone in the kitchen decided to remake my meal but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and was not offered a drink or anything on the house for the inconvenience of waiting.
PLEASE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’ve ordered the 16 oz red beans and rice with sausage four times now. It’s tasty, but my issue is with the portion size. IMO, it’s less than 16 oz. The first time I didn’t know what to expect, but the girl at the counter told me how good this item is. I noticed it wasn’t filled to the fill line in the cup, but I always get it to go and discover this later. The other three times, I specifically request if they will please make sure the beans are filled to the top, or fill line. They say “sure,” but each time it’s not full. The second time, when I asked about it, she said “It’s because of the way we do it.” That she “understands.” I’m frustrated at whatever way they “do it.” I shouldn’t have to ask each time for the container to be full, and disappointed each time. I suggest when buying their seafood items by the pound that you double check this. I’m undecided if I’m going to put myself through this same frustration again. This restaurant apparently has creative ways they do things. The photo on the website shows the red beans and rice with sausage filled to the top, even above the fill line. I don’t like to have to ask each time for a full portion and then it still not be full. Too many other restaurants to choose from. Stingy with portion size is a deal breaker for me.

I had the crawfish etouffee and what little flavor it had didn’t even remotely taste like any Cajun food I’ve ever eaten. They don’t leave Tabasco or any hot sauce on the table so you have to ask for it. I don’t recommend it and I’ll never go back.

Came here for lunch had the crawfish etouffee had no spice when I ordered i said no rice but put it on the side I don’t like a lot of rice I want some of the sauce so it want get to thick because a wanted to eat the boudin balls first the young land said I don’t think we can do that she had to ask the manager if it was ok never once have that. The food was just ok needs some spice if they are a Cajun restaurant. Also the lady was on her phone in the front the whole time I was here never once checked on me.

They took my order on phone @ 5:32pm and said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I drove 10 miles to pick it up. Arrived by 6:09pm. The waitress confirmed the order was ready and asked me to pay. The moment the payment went through, she looked up at and said the order wasn’t ready and I would have to wait. No apologies. I was rushing to work and told her i couldn’t wait. She said i would be refunded. I have called twice and made a formal complaint( almost 24 hours). No apologies. No refund.
