This was my favorite location I drove 0ver 30mins. The same Courteous and Patient counter and wait time was Cool. But the Seafood Duo I ordered was a lil off , the Crab was over cooked dried out and several of my Shrimp were Mushy with a weird taste. 5/25/23: I made a order over the phone. The employee was prompt and took my whole order and stated that it will be ready in 15 min. I arrived about there close 15 min and just waited a couple of more minutes. I recieved my order and it was all like I wanted….great job. The only thing that I would suggested is that they greet and acknowledge the customer when they come in.

I used to come to this place for almost 4 years straight, and yet today, I got the chance to talk to a rude, obnoxious and lying manager who tried to gaslight me into thinking that my order was correct when they TAMPERED with my corn. I tried to get a return back or at least the money back for the order, but she kept saying that she “was the one who packed our order” and that I was lying about the bitten corn. The overall service for the manager was horrible.

I will N E V E R in my lifeee!!!!! Everrrrr return back to this location.. I have had terrible experience the food upset my stomach both times the first time it was two guys in the back making my food I called a day later spoke with the manager about it her name is Sam she told me she would remake my food for me so cool I give it another shot although skeptical. Go in ask if she’s Sam the manager she responded yes.. her entire demeanor changes when she puts a face to a name that should’ve been a red flag right there..
she remakes the food plus I ordered a duo delight seafood boil with an order of shrimp rice and that crap messed me up again I haven’t eaten the seafood boil yet because I’m scared.
No customer should experience this y’all need to wash yall hands or stop doing whatever yall are doing behind that damn door in the kitchen nobody can see what y’all are doing to their food. Tables are almost always dirty I had to ask them could they clean a table just for me and my daughter to have some place to sit and eat! I will never in my lifeeeeee!!!!! Eat there again yall are nasty and I wish I would have read the reviews before I even came there!!!!
