If you haven’t had pizza from 75 Pies you’re missing the boat…

The only way to obtain one these Detroit Style masterpieces is to follow their IG account and patiently wait for a pop up to reserve one.
I did a split pie in:
Steel Plant (pep bacon sausage basil)
and
Tropicalia (pineapple bacon jalapeño)
I’m new to this is style of pizza, I’ve heard of it, but never had it. It’s divine, the way it’s cooked leaves a crispy cheese ring around the outside of the crust.
He’s using nothing but the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Raising your own damn pig to make the sausage is dedication to the craft if I’ve ever heard it.
Locally sourced hot honey from Red Roof is the perfect compliment!
Last but not least, props on the Chicano Handstyle label on the box, pachuco cross and all.

75 Pies is the real deal when it comes to Detroit style pizza. Bold flavors, loaded up with toppings and he never misses! Our city is better with this flavorbomb in our food scene – make sure to get in on his popups, can’t wait till he’s fulltiming it!

You know a pizza slice is good when you finish the crust. Matt is a guy I’ve jumped bikes in a field with. One time we were breaking and he taped my shoe together so we could keep going.
