75 Chestnut in Boston is a fantastic spot for brunch, offering great food, excellent service, and a warm, cozy ambiance. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to our server, Derrick, an awesome guy who took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect.

Our brunch was absolutely delicious, with well-prepared dishes that were full of flavor, and the cocktails were just as good, making the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, the kind of place where you can truly sit back and enjoy your time.

Overall, 75 Chestnut delivers a great brunch experience with friendly service, tasty food, and a cozy setting. If you’re looking for a solid brunch spot in Boston, this is definitely the place to be.

I decided to go on restaurant week. I was happy with the service. Our server was wonderful. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. The portion worth the value. The restaurant reg prices was average for the area. But if you get a chance to visit and try their food go on restaurant week. I would go back if the prices where a little lower but for the area, well worth it.

We had such a lovely dinner at 75 Chestnut! We had reservations and were seated right away. Our meals were delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. Dessert was a special treat — half-price on Tuesday! Wonderful experience from start to finish. We definitely recommend stopping by when you’re in Beacon Hill.

Cozy almost hidden neighborhood place with great service and good, reasonably priced food. Also has a nice bar. We went there for a birthday and they provided a personalized, complimentary dessert that was scrumptious.

We found this restaurant after walking up and down the main street and everything was packed with long lines, they had room took us in with our dog and even put a bowl down with water for him. The hostess and waitress were absolutely adorable and even had us try the chocolate chip cookie on the house because they heard us saying we wanted to go try the Boston cream pie but they didn’t offer it. Amazing service and great food! Thank you!

This has been a favorite for many years. When we were engaged to be married, we used to come here all the time and sit at the window and watch the snow. The bartenders and the servers in the bar area would recommend some lovely wine, and we would have a meal and have a fabulous intimate time. We have probably been here 40 or 50 times.

But, on our recent trip, something was different. We made a reservation for their special night where you have a couple of glasses of wine and a pre-fixe menu. And the service just was not what it used to be. We sat outside. I had to get my own fork. At some point I asked for a knife and then we had to chase down the server. They never really came back to ask how we were or if we wanted anything else. The server was just sort of nonexistent. The other thing that we noticed outside was a strong smell of mothballs. Since it’s the season when people are starting to take their winter clothes out of storage, we assumed it was the couple sitting next to us. But it could’ve been the holiday decor that was lining the outside. We just could not shake the smell.

We each had the salad and the soup. They were both very good. And then one of us had sausage, and it was good as well. Again, I think the thing that was really off was that the server was just absent. We also sat outside for the first time, and we really do prefer the intimacy of being inside.
In addition, it also felt that the host at the door was not pleasant. We dropped by earlier that week, and, even though they said they were open..they were not. This surprised us. But they said depending on who was there that they were just closing early. Which was a little sad, as we just wanted a cocktail And we walked all the way there. I totally understand closing early, but they acted really put out that we even came to the restaurant. If you’re looking forward to going home, that’s great, but apologize and say that you’re closing early and ask us to please come back the next night.
So I think all of my complaints really have to do with the service and the way we were met by the host and our lack of service during the dinner.

I had a girls’ night at 75 Chestnut, and we were greeted and seated right away. My dirty martini was excellent, and my friend loved her Summer in the City cocktail. The Summer Quinoa Bowl was fresh and flavorful, and the Caesar salad was great too.
The Caprese Pasta was a bit underwhelming—it wasn’t served warm, and we felt we could have made it better ourselves. But the Nantucket Seafood Stew? Absolutely finger-licking good! And to top it off, dessert was really good—sweet, satisfying, and the perfect end to the night.

Skip Cheers and just come here, it was fantastic! The ambience was great, very cozy and beautiful. The service was stellar, except their refill game could of been better but other than that great. The food was delicious, everyone I was with had no complaints, I had the fish and chips and it was well cooked and tasted great, the fries are also good, and we also had multiple burgers and each of them said they were awesome too. If you’re looking for a place to eat check it out, it’s a bit pricey but so is everywhere around here.

We attended one of their special events, The Gingerbread House making event.it was so much fun!! they already made the gingerbread house so all we needed to do was decorate. It was so well organized , beautifully decorated for the Christmas Season and the staff were just wonderful! The cost was $120.00 per person that included the gingerbread house, appetizer and an entree. There was a great selection to choose from. They also had a festive drink menus as well!
The restaurant is located in the heart of Boston in the Beacon Hill district, the old brick row houses and cobblestone walkways absolutely stunning! I recommend making reservations, the restaurant is small, but cozy and welcoming! no, there was absolutely no parking. It is located in a residential area so there is absolutely no parking.

I highly recommend attending. It was a great time. You’re there for about an hour and a half before the next group of people come in, but it was just a nice festive time. !!

Great menu when you’re looking for a less than an ultra formal spot. All the items have a specialness to them, much beyond what you would do at home, coming to your table hot and tasty. Enjoy a leisurely pace; yet, if you want, you can be done in less than 2 hours with fast service.
