Fantastic food, most of the time and good service most of the time. The atmosphere is fun and Mexican but worn out/old/ well used booths. Everything I’ve had to eat has been delicious. My favorite Mexican restaurant in the region. Fajitas are excellent! Fajita tacos and fajita salad. Enchiladas wonderful. Food is almost always excellent.

Great restaurant with delicious food if you’re driving on I-70 through eastern Colorado. First time we stopped and ate here years ago we were surprised to find such quality food in a little town. Second time was a few years later and we were equally impressed. We’ve recommended it to several people.
So this week we stopped again, and it’s still great! It was 2:00 in the afternoon and surprisingly busy, which says a lot (it’s popular!).
I tried the fish tacos which were very good, and my husband ordered the special of the day, a big burrito (pork I think, supreme maybe?). He said it was the best burrito out of the last several Mexican restaurants we’ve eaten in, including a high-end Mex restaurant in Denver.
The servings were quite substantial. Also notable was the salsa, it was particularly good. The server was very attentive. We’ll stop again every chance we get

My family had an amazing experience here tonight. My margarita had a generous amount of tequila and the portion of Camarones al la crema was enough to fill me up with a snack for later. Our server Luc is a very beautiful woman and skilled at what she does. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends, family and strangers. I hope im able to make it back again.

I’m pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the service was quick. Had the carnita’s and my husband had the chalupa deluxe. Size is enough for two meals. Loved our waitress. All the meats were very soft and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Great Carne Asada! Good rice, amazing flour tortillas. I only gave 4 stars because the refried beans are too thick. More like mashed potatoes than refrieds. Otherwise we really liked the place.

The tacos de chorizo were so good! I should’ve saved some to take home, but I ended up eating it all in one sitting. My fiancé liked his burrito and the sopapillas were delicious. We’re so happy 7 Leguas is now in Strasburg.

***the green chili has flour in it*** we were not aware as this item is usually gluten free so my husband with Celiac got sick from that unfortunately. I understand this is our responsibility to check, just want to warn others!

I got the Pollo Poblano. Nowhere did it say it comes with peas and carrots which made it mushy and not as enjoyable. I wish the menu description had matched the actual dish.
It is fine but not great, hence the 3 stars.

Great place for Mexican dishes! Pricey. $100 for 3, no alcohol beverages but we did have guacamole as a side.
