Truly fabulous coffee. I love that there are lots of sugar free options. I picked the German chocolate and was not disappointed. Dexter got a pup cup. The staff was friendly and the coffee great. Looks like they have shakes and energy drinks and more. Will definitely be back. The line moves very quickly, so hop on in!

Brownwood location, usually have friendly servers. Not today. Young lady was rude and has zero customer service skills. I spend my money at this store frequently and I expect friendly service, not entitled young ladies who clearly do not want to be at work. Do better! or I won’t spend my money at your store.

This 7Brew location is one of the WORST locations that I have visited. The customer service is AWFUL. The first time I came through the line, the employee walked away with my card in hand to go talk to one of his friends. Beyond unprofessional behavior. Every other time I have gone through the line I have hoped for a better experience, and yet I am truly disappointed every time with the lack of kindness and friendliness with conversations. As a previous barista, I know how important it is to be friendly and talkative with customers. REGARDLESS of how I am feeling, it is ALWAYS important to make the customer feel welcome and cared for by the baristas. My last straw was when I went this morning and as I went through the line I was greeted by unfriendliness. Every 7Brew I have gone to, they have been conversational and so welcoming. As a result of this, I know what kind of service to expect from 7Brew and this one is beyond lacking. When we got to the front of the line, the girl who was on Lane 2, Jennifer, refused to talk to us in addition to having her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting. Not a single greeting, smile, or “how’re you doing?” In addition to this kind of attitude, I had asked about the way that my drink tasted. I had asked if they had used sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup(because they got sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup on the 1st of January). She then proceeded to be snarky with me about how they do not have SF toasted marshmallow, which is wrong. Not knowing the menu is additionally unprofessional as you are then unable to accurately help customers. I am extremely disappointed in this 7Brew and the continued disappointment that I experience here.

I stopped by driving through on a work trip. I still had another 2 hour drive so needed an energy booster. Pablo was so great. He noticed my 7 Brew state stickers on my binder and ran in and got me a FL sticker. Little did he know I only cared about 3 state and 2 I already had. This absolutely made my night. Thank you for rhe great staff at this location.

Very disappointed in the customer service this morning at the Brownwood 7 Brew. I’ve been going here since they opened and now will not return. The were running a “Free Kids Drink & Santa Postacard with ANY purchase” today 12/13. I did not have my child with me as I was on my way to pick her up at her grandparents house before her birthday party. I was told by a snotty teenager with an attitude that my child is supposed to be with me in the vehicle.
If there are certain rules to your giveaway days, you may want to be more clear on it. I would’ve been understanding if that young lady hadn’t treated me in such a disgusting way. You lost a frequent customer after today.

Paid for my order and when i pulled up the attendant ask for me to pay a different total, i let her know how much my total was and she said she couldnt find my order, i showed her my total on my debit transaction and i was told i would need to pay again.

Couldn’t tell you how the coffee is, never got any. Pulled into 7-Brew while traveling to get a morning coffee. Pulled into the drive thru (which is all they have, no inside service), young man walks up to the car with a tablet to take our order. We ask where the menu is. He said there is “supposed to be a sign with a qr code to scan but its not out”. Directed us to try and scan the one on the building wall, about 50 yards away, which clearly did not work. He stood there looking at us with a blank stare, the “duh factor” was high. He made no offer of any way to solve our problem, made no drink recommendations, did not tell us anything that was on the menu, had no inclination to do anything, except wait for us to order blindly, he just stood there looking braindead. So we left. Will not be pulling into a 7 brew anywhere.

I visit this establishment quite frequently, and while I have generally enjoyed my experiences, there have been a few occasions when my drink has not met expectations as if two coffees had been mixed, I have continued to give the benefit of the doubt and have returned for another try; however, my most recent experience was disappointing again. The coffee had an another unusual taste, reminiscent of a chemical, which led me to suspect that the machine may not have been properly rinsed after its last clean cycle.
Additionally, The volume of the music is excessive, making it difficult to communicate my order clearly. I have had to repeat my order several times due to the noise level. I suggest lowering the volume to create a more pleasant atmosphere for your customers.

Absolutely love 7 brew since they came to town! Everyone we have met has been so nice and helpful! Making our 7 brew addiction grow stronger everyday! Thanks Ryleigh for the drink suggestion too! It is definitely my new favorite! Like I need a new one.
