A brand new 7 Brew Coffee has opened only a mile from my workplace. It’s awesome! The lines are shorter than the Kirkwood location, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The girl who talked to me was very chatty and my Pink Mermaid Fizz w/ Cream was great!

The coffee was good but the guy who waited on me was a bit pressuring with the tip option. “Sorry, we aren’t paid much so tips help but it’s optional”, all you’re doing is making my coffee, not brain surgery. I felt judged hitting the “None” option, like he was staring me down. The line was shorter than Kirkwood, so that’s a plus. Anyways, I got the SF Blondie and it was flavorful.

Annoying – stop shaking your “Now Open” signs at me while I’m driving on Manchester road!! I don’t want your lackluster coffee. I got a “free coffee” and the staff weren’t very friendly and the coffee tasted watery. No thanks!

Went on swag day at like 6 pm and was told I couldn’t get my sugar free light iced redbull because it was a policy in St. Louis county that they couldn’t do Red Bulls in cups and I could only get a can to buy. I said every other location does them so that’s a lie. She said well that’s the policy. Went to another St. Louis county location the following week and was told that was an absolute lie and they don’t have that policy and it was probably due to the employee being lazy and not wanting to put it in the system when ordering. Absolutely ridiculous. The other employees seemed super rude as well and seemed more interested in rushing us out of the drive thru than actually wanting to get our business. Don’t recommend this location at all. The employees at the Ellisville location are so nice and friendly and so is the Florissant location and all of the st Charles locations. Definitely will drive past this location to the Ellisville one. They at least know what the policies are.
