I wish I could say I was blown away. I had high expectations after seeing so many locations packed. I needed to know what I was missing out on.
This location was not busy, so It was the perfect time to try one of these locations. I would never sit in a double line backed up for half an hour or longer to get a coffee from anywhere, so this was my big opportunity!
At first glance, I saw that there were people outside walking up to cars to take their order. Which is great if you have been there before and know what you want.
For newbies, we have no clue, so it would be a good idea to have the menu down a lot farther. There is a QR code on a sign to scan to see the menu online, but it’s close to the building at the finish line. So no time to scan the code by the time you get to it and then can see a menu online before someone is at your door waiting for you to make a decision. So then you will feel rushed to pick anything just to keep the line moving along. That is what happened to me.
Since I could not see the menu yet, I asked if they had my favorite flavor, pecan, they did not have it.
So I ordered a hot almond latte with oatmilk. Unfortunately it was not good, I could not drink it.
I threw it away. I will try a regular hot coffee next time to compare apples to apples when it comes to regular coffee. But this flavor was not for me.
Anyway, back to the QR code for the menu. My phone is dead often. I have 2 phones even, and sometimes they are both dead and charger is at home or bad cord, etc. It happens. Then what? For people that are at a location that is backed up to the street, newbies with a dead phone will have no clue what this location has to offer until they get to the other side where you are handed your coffee. This is where the menus are.
What about the generation that does not use cell phones to go online? Just for calls. I know a few people that have the old flip phones and refuse to get a new modern phone. So they will not be able to use the QR code to go online.
Besides, should we all have our faces looking down at our phones to see the menu while driving through the drive through? I wonder how many bumper to bumper accidents have happened at these franchise locations.
This franchise has double lanes and people outside taking orders, this indicates that they expected it to be busy. So why not throw up 2 more of your menus (not QR codes) farther down the drive-thru towards the middle and even at the beginning on the opposite side?
I think its great there are so many choices for flavors. I just picked the wrong one for me.

This is why I will always choose 7 brew over any coffee place! They are so kind! I was in the 7 Brew line and I was having such a bad day. Unfortunately I couldn’t hold it in I wound up breaking down, crying, in front of one of the workers in the Drive-Thru and she comped my drink! Truly made my day!❤️ Also they have sooo many flavor options and they’re super fast!

Staff were friendly and quick! I asked for a recommendation because I was tired of ordering the same things; I was suggested a chiller and went with the funnel cake flavoring.
It was really nice to try something new and may have found a new favorite especially for a hot day.

Worst 7 brew I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know where to start I’ve never had a worse experience. For a little background this is exactly what I ordered word for word: A medium iced WHITE chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup and cold foam on top. This is what I received: a drink with 2 drops of cold foam(I wish I was exaggerating) and when I took the first sip, it tasted like I poured sugar packets on my tongue. I legit spit it out, it was the sweeetest thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. I genuinely wondered if the girl poured the bottle of syrup into the drink. I wish I could stop there but no, not only was it way overly sweet, there was not a single shot of espresso in the drink. Didn’t ask for Carmel, but it was drenched all around the cup. So thank you for my liquid chocolate milk sugar drink 7 brew. Not to mention the horrendous attitude of the bratty teenagers working. If you’re gonna have an attitude at least make good drinks. Do not go to the Kenosha 7 brew guys!!! Pay the one in round lake beach a visit it’s the best. They make every drink perf and they get my exact very simple order correct unlike Kenosha….

I’ve always enjoyed my coffee from 7brew. I like that there are so many flavor options that Starbucks and Dunkin don’t offer. The kids working have always made my drink perfectly and are always friendly.

My coworker came in earlier to order an orange and raspberry energy drink with vanilla cold foam on top and an Americano. The americano…spot on. However the energy drink, unfortunately mid. The workers seemed to forget to top the energy drink with the vanilla cold foam, which would have made a difference in this rating and review. The male who took the order, top notch. The female worker however felt that making a TikTok was a better idea than making my drink right. Maybe that would’ve made a difference in getting this simple order correct. Due to all of the above, I now have to handle an unhappy coworker. Cold foam makes a difference. Get it right next time.

Once in awhile it’s good but there’s been way more misses lately. I ordered a Chai latte and it tasted like coffee. Ordered a caramel macchiato a different time and there was no flavor at all, tasted like water. The Racine 7 Brew is consistently good but the Kenosha one is so inconsistent and waste of money half the time.

My family loves 7 Brew! Even when the lines are long, the wait isn’t bad. The staff is friendly and helpful when we have questions about the drinks. The music makes for a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend over other coffee shops 🙂

I was genuinely looking forward to trying 7Brew after hearing all the hype, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The girl taking my order seemed uninterested and made little effort to answer my question about the menu, even though I mentioned it was my first visit. She quickly turned back to chatting with her coworkers instead.
When I pulled up to the window, the girl there didn’t greet me and just handed me the card reader. I had to tell her I was paying with cash, which she didn’t seem too thrilled about either. Overall, the atmosphere felt unprofessional & more like a group of high schoolers hanging out than a team focused on customer service.
I ordered an iced chai, which was mediocre at best. The prices are reasonable, but the lack of friendliness and attentiveness really overshadowed that. If management wants to live up to the reputation 7Brew supposedly has, they seriously need to addresses the service quality as well as hire & train staff who actually care about customer service.
