I’ve been here a few times before and had great experiences but on 12/21 the experience was not that.
Somehow the 7 cars behind me were able to order before me. When we finally got to order after waiting more than 15 minutes, which should have been 5 minutes (it was not crowded), I ordered my usual Mocha Chiller.
It was the worst drink I’ve ever had from any 7 Brew. Ironically I did not tip because of the wait from the other cars being able order, receive their drinks and leave while I was still waiting.
My wife went in and asked that they remake it, he did, and told my wife he made this one just like the previous one. He blamed the inclusion of almond milk for the look and taste, however I order it that way all of the time.
The remade one was spot on, but I had to take a picture to post. The left is the abomination I received and the right is the usual.

When we first started coming to this location they were quick, efficient and friendly. Not anymore every time we come the wait is between 45 minutes and a hour it is absolutely RIDICULOUS, and never a thanks for your patience nothing. It blows my mind how Starbucks, Dunkin’ can get drinks ready in the morning for the same amount of people but 7 brew needs an hour…

They ran out of blue raspberry syrup so we settled for regular raspberry for the first time trying the ocean breeze, it was good.
The funnel cake macchiato lacked flavor. The brunette still remains a favorite.

I adore this location! My wife and I come here as often as we can for our weekend coffee dates and the staff are all amazing. Every person we’ve met has been absolutely lovely. Today we had Kat take our order and she is Ike of the most bubbly, beautiful and kind humans we’ve ever met. All of these employees deserve raises honestly. Thank you to the Dyer 7 brew team for all that you do!! <3 you are so loved, valued and appreciated!!! Also… the coffee is unreal. The German chocolate mocha is top tier.

I ordered a large iced latte with coconut milk and the birthday cake flavor. It was really good! It was bigger than starbucks and a little cheaper too. Service was awesome and fast for as long as the line was.

Such good coffee!! I’ve came 3 days in a row, because the menu is so fun!
My favorite item so far is the Samoas Girl Scout Cookie. 🙂 In the photo descriptions, all the drink names are captioned.

I absolutely love 7brew and go multiple times throughout the month. Today I went and decided to get a lemon poppy seed muffin top with my usual coffee. It looked a little off, but I didn’t know what to expect. The muffin was definitely expired. The icing was grey and the poppy seeds had a strong rancid taste that I couldn’t get out of my mouth. Needless to say I tossed it. Definitely should go through food inventory if they’re not selling as often. Super disappointing!

I went to 7Brew to get two drinks and I had waited an entire hour. This was on a Sunday when I was curious as to why it was taking so long when there was only four cars in front of me come to find out that four of the employees were laughing and having conversations while only one person was making the drinks. I think some of the people that work there need to be evaluated or be told that they need to do their jobs personally I think it’s ridiculous to wait that long for two drinks. No wonder why it was rated out of three. Not happy will not Return to this location of 7Brew.

I went there today to get the love bird promo 2 for 9. I ended order the combo twice. One for me and my sister. I ended up paying almost 30 for both combos for some reason. Once we left, we realized some of the drinks were made incorrectly as well. Hopefully next time will be better as someone who goes often.

This is the best coffee ever in the land. So thankful to have a taste. Service was fantastic, friendly, and efficient! The drink WAs absolutely amazing. It’s worth the drive but luckily I have one close by. If you ever get the chance to try don’t pass it up. Prices are reasonable and in my opinion it is better than any other coffee shop I’ve had. You design your own drink with over 200 plus flavors! You have coffee, shakes, tea, energy drinks so there is something for everyone. Treat yourself to one of the amazing drinks and you will be hooked; I know I was!
