Well I gave them another chance. Ordered a toasted marshmallow cold brew with cream. I don’t know what she handed me. But I ordered off the big picture board. Stated exactly what the sign said. But somehow that confused them. I even tipped for what I’m not sure. Because apparently adding ingredients is too hard to tap on th iPad. Promise you (not that they care) I won’t ever give 7 brew another visit.

Decided to give this place one last chance since the last two times they messed up my order , every sip had burnt grounds in it, boy working was utterly rude even when I tipped, highly disappointed would NOT recommend this 7brew

Last Saturday, a friend and I went stopped by to get coffees for our fellow bridesmaids before getting ready that morning. The staff was super polite, and it felt like our drinks were ready in seconds! We asked them to write the bride’s new name on her cup and they even added hearts. I will definitely be going again if I am in the area!

The only frustration is that some of their seasonal fizz drinks have lack any flavor identifying information. For example, I ordered the new Brew Frost tonight thinking ooooo Holiday drink that isn’t hot ✨ it tastes like straight Malibu leaving me both disgusted and curious as to who out there is associating coconuts with this time of year? The selections here are absolutely great for everyone, even kids. The lemonade chillers and the coffees are my bf and I’s go too. Employees are always on top of it and very helpful if you would like a flavor(s) recommendation with your drink. They always include a questionnaire game which makes the interaction more comfortable as it’s only drive-thru. It’s a pleasantly different experience from other coffee shops.
