7Brew Coffee is absolutely amazing! The drinks are always delicious and made just right, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been so friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. I wouldn’t trade my 7Brew in Parma Heights, and the staff for anything else in this world. They are so appreciated by me as an everyday customer Jackie the manager is always a pleasure to see. It’s always such a great experience stopping by—fast service, big smiles, and consistently excellent coffee. Definitely one of my favorite places, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

My daughter loves 7 Brew so I thought I would give them a try. So I wanted a milkshake and got a lime milkshake. It tasted like lime flavor, which was good, milky, which was also good. Then there were chunks of ice??? Ice in a milkshake?? I thought it would be icecream, lime, and milk or cream, but not ice.

The menu is impressive. There’s a huge variety of flavors and they actually taste distinct and well crafted, not artificial or overly sweet. The energy drinks, teas, and coffees all have strong, clean flavor profiles. You can tell they prioritize ingredients and execution. It’s one of the few places where trying something new feels like a safe bet.

Great drinks, confusing math, and a total systems collapse at the register
I stop at 7 Brew locations all over the city. I genuinely enjoy their drinks, and usually the service is solid. But this particular location? Let’s just say they’re still catching up on… basic arithmetic.
I pulled through, ordered my usual, and when it came time to pay, the total was $5.05. I handed over $10.05 so I could get a clean $5 back. Simple, right? Wrong.
The poor cashier looked at the bills and coins like I’d just handed her a Rubik’s Cube soaked in espresso. There was a long pause. Then confusion. Then visible panic. I gently explained why I gave her that amount thinking maybe it was just a momentary glitch. But no. Her brain fully imploded, and she gave me the wrong change anyway.
I tried explain why I gave a nickel and the befuddlement indicated she perhaps thought I was speaking in hieroglyphics. At that point, I accepted defeat, mumbled “thanks,” and drove off, robbed of correct change.
The drinks are still good. The employees are still sweet, even though perhaps they were practicing hot crossed buns on the recorder a bit more than necessary. But maybe corporate can install a calculator app or a support hotline for when someone hands over $10.05 for a $5.05 drink. Just a thought.

How is the line issue allowed to happen when we all know it goes on? I come here often and was skipped by multiple vehicles once again today. I pulled in and the worker signaled for me and the car in front of me to go over into the other lane. By the time the other worker came around to take orders other cars had pulled into the other lane we were just directed out of. So they started with that car which came after me and the car in front of me. Then they did the car in front of me. Then they did another car that arrived even later and then me. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a line, one of the oldest rules in civilized society. Last time they took a car of 4 people before me when I was skipped and I was in a hurry to get to work. I almost left today and I will leave in the future. You used to pay attention to order and now you have gotten lazy. This is driving your customers crazy and is absolutely unacceptable and bad for business. I wonder how many people don’t even complain and just never come back. I can’t believe I have to tell you something so simple. Your customers time matters more than your convenience.

Went for the first time yesterday, staff was sooooo nice and patient in explaining the menu and just over all being kind. My mom got just a plain coffee and said it was a little weak for her taste but it was good. I got the German chocolate drink and we both agreed that it was very tasty!

Wanted to try out this place so I did. I ordered a Large Strawberry Mango smoothie, was $7.50. Smoothie was a decent size but they unfortunately didn’t get my order correct. I was a little surprised since I only ordered one drink lol. They didn’t put any strawberry in my smoothie, it’s just mango. I wanted a mix of strawberry and mango and the lady even repeated it back to me when I ordered it. The service was really nice so they must have just been busy. :/
I want to reiterate that the people working seemed very sweet and the girl that took my order was nice, my order was just wrong.

This used to be a great place to get drinks. Highly efficient and happy staff.
I used to take orders from cars that were in line throughout the line. Then when you got to the front of the line your drinks were ready for you
Within the last month they now only take orders from the first car in line and wait until they have their drinks before they take the orders from anybody else.
Actually wayless efficient van Duncan or any place else that has a dedicated location to place your order and a separate one to pick up your order.
