Ordered a kids fizz drink and they gave it to me in a tiny kids hot coffee cup… not only will that make a mess when she goes to drink it because it’s a slushy, but the straw they gave me for it is three times the size. Also note that I paid the same price for the kids as I did my medium iced chai… disappointing!

I get the Bahama Mama energy drink pretty much every time and it’s always on point!!! You can tell they care about what they’re making. Beyond the drinks, the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Everyone is so kind, upbeat, and professional. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent and this friendly. Hope you like sugar in your coffee and or drinks. I always ask for half normal sugar in my coffee. Its a lot. Other than that its a decent coffee spot. They know they aren’t Starbucks and they price themselves decent.

I went tonight to get me one of my favorites an energy with strawberry, watermelon and cold foam on top and the workers tonight made it feel so special. Everyone there was so kind, asked me how I was doing and we were all having a good time even after I got the drink they were so energetic and fun to be around. I highly recommend going to this one. MY TOP FAVORITE 7brew stand. 10/10

I love 7 brew so much but I have iffy experiences at this location in particular, like today I waited in the right lane for almost 30 minutes and kept watching as the left lane was speeding through orders like nothing. I just genuinely don’t understand why they wouldn’t notice this and maybe start trying to get the people that have been sitting and waiting forever out quicker and not prioritize the lane where someone just pulled up 2 seconds ago. I’ve had this problem several times at this location and I don’t think I’ll be stopping by again and go to the other one on bardstown cause these employees clearly don’t know how to clear a long line appropriately. It’s just infuriating after working a long day and seeing this happen often.

I come back to Louisville every summer and it seems as though this place has exploded onto the scene in the last year or so. I stopped by to have a cup of coffee, and it was a nice pour over. The other drinks looked great, and it seems that’s what most people are interested in. It’s either drive-thru or walk up for ordering. Service was fast and friendly.

This is my absolute favorite location, all staff are extremely friendly, very fast service and my drinks taste the same every time!
There is 1 young lady who deserves a special shout out. (Im sorry I dont know her name) she was working lane 1 today 12/5/25 at 1pm. Every time she sees me pull up she yells hello to me or if she isnt busy will walk over and ask how my day is etc! Even though I have a speech impairment she still takes the time to engage in conversation with me! For that I am very grateful!

I love 7 Brew and stop regularly. Here recently the wait times have been extremely long. I waited for my Blood Orange energy for 10 min at the door. That doesn’t include the 15 min after I ordered it. When there is a line, I expect to wait. When I’m the person waiting for the drink it shouldn’t take 10 min for an energy drink.
