Every visit feels so welcoming, Michael, Izzy, and Paris, Matthew are absolutely amazing
the baristas are always upbeat and friendly, and they make sure your drink is just right. The coffee tastes fresh and smooth every single time, and I appreciate how quick the drive-thru line moves even when it’s busy. I love that they have almost every flavor in sugar free and you can customise almost everything. ♥️

I recently visited the 7brew on shelbyville road in Louisville Kentucky. I come here almost every single morning before work and I have never had an issue with the staff or my order until today. The staff was yelling at each other and arguing from inside the building to the outside in front of everyone which made me uncomfortable seeing and hearing this happen. As far as my order I ordered the strawberry chai latte, it did not have any toppings that said was included on the menu advertisement and not only that there was a bug in my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous to think the staff is so busy screaming at each other they are giving people drinks with bugs in them. I am disappointed and upset over this seeing as I spent $7 on a drink including tipping the staff to get something I had to throw away and didn’t get to drink.

While waiting at the walk up window, I saw a staff member use a step stool to climb all the way up onto the counter to clean the espresso machine. They were standing on the prep surface with their shoes on while drinks were being made right next to them.
At one point, someone even spilled a drink because they were kneeling on the counter, then went right back to normal operation without ever sanitizing the surface. It’s incredibly unsanitary to see shoes on a food surface when they clearly had a stool right there to stand on. Disappointing for a place I usually enjoy.

I am someone who doesn’t really drink coffee so I never know what to order. Today I came through the line and Alli asked me a few questions and then gave me some choices that she thought I would like based on my answers. We landed with hot cookie butter. I am now a coffee drinker! Alli was so friendly and helpful. I hope you know what an amazing employee you have. Her customer service skills are top notch in a world where you seldom receive a smile she went above and beyond. I will be stopping every morning with hopes of Alli helping me pick some new drinks.

Staff is always so friendly and efficient! The last few times I’ve stopped by Alli took care of me! You can tell she really enjoys her job and that makes a difference when visiting places like this. Very nice and had a smile on her face the whole time! 10/10 recommend this location!!

I always come here before work I’m loyal to this location the whole team is amazing but Micheal and Paris are 2 of my favorite people they always recognize me. And always know my order. I will be loyal to this location! I highly recommend. A sugar free iced sweet and salty will def brighten up your day☕️.

I come here ALL the time. Usually a great experience for me. I bring my dogs with me on occasion.. they sometimes bark because I have a dauschound puppy who gets excited for pup cups and barks and it can sometimes start up my other dog. So I figured it would be polite when I pulled up to let her know they may bark.
Immediately her smile faded from her face she took 3 steps back, back against the glass and was like I don’t like dogs… that’s cool, I understand but I have all my windows rolled up but the one she’s taking my order from and she was in no immediate danger and it definitely felt rude. I will be coming in person to speak to a manager about it because I know for fact that many people have their dogs in their cars when coming and maybe she’s in the wrong profession if she’s going to treat customers in a standoffish demeanor when they have a dog with them. I didn’t appreciate it and it definitely started my day off sour. Like I said I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here before so it was very upsetting.

I really don’t want to have to say this about this location but it is very slow and the vibes are not the usual 7 Brew vibes. I waited in the second line for over 10 minutes while I watched the line to the left keep moving and more cars would get orders and move forward. I had to reach out to the waitress to remind them about our line because I really had to leave and there was no way around the line. I appreciate her kindness and effort because she got the line moving but I was confused how it seemed like our line was forgotten about. I really like 7 brew and I didn’t want to leave a review but I hope if this gets more feedback it might help this location

This place is really hit or miss depending on what day you come. But I just pulled up and sat for 20 plus minutes at 7 pm. I watched the employees take the order of everyone in line behind me, yet no one took my order. I was just left sitting in the front for 20 minutes with no order taken. The other employee that I saw was just chatting with someone they knew in the drive through the entire time and petting their dog. I didnt see any other employees, so I just pulled off and went to dunkin after waiting almost half an hour.
