We absolutely love 7 Brew. The management is amazing and so genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and their staff. Everyone who works there is kind, upbeat, and incredibly fast. Rain, snow, hot or cold, they are out there with a smiling face! Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly and they always have a smile on their face.
The coffee is top notch every single time. They are great about giving suggestions and helping me try something new when I want to switch it up. I go every day and it has truly become part of our routine. My kids love going just as much as I do.
One of our favorite traditions is bringing a surprise tray to my daughter’s gymnastics class after practice. The kids get so excited and love celebrating with it.
7 Brew is more than just a coffee stop for us. It is part of our day and we are so grateful to have them in the Ooltewah community now!!

The best coffee place I could ever go to. I come here every day. The vibes are great. The coffee and drinks are banging and those muffin tops are the best muffin tops I’ve ever ate. They’re always moist. They’re flavorful and they’re soft. It’s fantastic. I don’t know who’s given like bad reviews but the music is banging. It’s always on point and it’s the best I’ve heard I nostalgic and hearing some older songs from my generation even though I’m 32 it brings me absolute joy to hear the music. Everyone is in such a good mood. It’s definitely a good vibe coming here. I cannot wait for More 7 brews to be coming around. Some of these people out here need to get to it and realize not everything is gonna stay the same. This coffee place is amazing.

Absolutely love this 7 brew! They’re quick, drinks taste great, and the atmosphere is outstanding. With that being said, Hannah is an amazing barista. She’s very friendly, always in a great mood, and she has the best smile! She makes awkward small talk not so awkward! 10/10 would recommend.

I knew this place was gonna be good when they were playing “One Last Breath” by Creed while I was going through the drive thru! I got an iced Smooth 7 and it was delicious! Customer service was high priority. All employees we interacted with were very informative and kind. I highly recommend you stop at 7 Brew!

I absolutely love this Seven Brew in Ooltewah. I use them every week for a large medical office that I take coffee too. The office loves Seven Brew coffee and working with this Seven Brew location is absolutely amazing. The customer service that I receive is some of the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention that it feels like a fun party every time I pull up to get the coffee. All of the employees are so friendly and kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants coffee or a pick up. A special thanks to Isaiah the manager for working so closely with me to make our coffee orders, a seamless process.

I love their lattes so much! I have never ordered anything I didn’t like here. I love a sweet latte and my go to right now is the brunette with cookie butter added, it’s so good!! The employees are always so friendly and personable. This place I newer so of course there’s going to be hiccups/ sometimes slower wait time every now and then but I think they have done a great job so far!

We both got “light ice.” Removed the ice when we got home since the drinks are for tomorrow. This was the level of drink on both after ice removal. I was gypped! (Right drink) Very disappointed! As a regular 7brew visitor, I have never had light ice be so little drink at any other location. Should this happen again, we won’t be back to this location again. There is no way my order could have been mistaken as the order taker took it straight from my screen.

We had an excellent customer service experience at this location! It was extremely busy and my wife ordered something that they hadn’t made before and they bent over backwards to make the order with a smile on their face! What an outstanding experience! Whomever owns this store should be proud of the employees and how well they do under pressure and how great they take care of their customers!
