So last night I went to this location as I usually do before my shift. I love this place I think they have great coffee. However last night I witnessed something that was completely out of character for this location. I see a team member I think it was a supervisor or manager that was acting very erratic she was throwing things and yelling at the employee that I was dealing with taking my order. I dont know who this manager or supervisor is or was but she was a shorter white lady that was doing this to a young white lady girl that was assisting me. I can tell you what I felt scared for the employee helping me with all this erractic behavior. This was very unprofessional and kind of intimidating for me the customer. I hope this place can and will address this issue it will be a couple days before I return and give them my business again.

I come every day to get a drink the crew are amazing and so much pep jade usually is the one that takes my order. She is very friendly and outgoing and really makes for s great visit. All the crew at the 5th Ave decatur store have amazing personalities always smiling playing great music snd have a good time at work. Keep up the great work guys. Went today on 11/4, incredibly long lines which normally is fine we will wait for 7 brew however I ordered two drinks and I tipped. Sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my drinks with multiple workers coming up asking what drinks we ordered, this was asked at least 4 times by 3 different employees. In the end we left with what we thought were our drinks however they were not. My husband ordered a blended sweet and salty with oat milk and it was not made with oat milk. We also ordered a sugar free energy and I’m not sure what I was given. I order this drink almost daily, Beltline makes it just fine. Not sure how you can mess up vanilla strawberry and cream, but this crew did. I do love 7 brew but this crew that was working this morning was horrible and I will not be returning to 6th ave 7 brew. Get better.

I have the best experience everytime I come to 6th Ave 7brew! The crew is amazing and keeps me coming back almost daily! Olivia is the best always leaving kind notes on my drinks and playing worship music! Highly recommend!!!

It’s okay. Not my style. I’m from the area but have lived out west for some years and kept hearing the hype of 7 Brew from my mom and friends. Finally got the chance to try it on this trip home and was disappointed. I don’t drink coffee so I got an iced chai latte. I thought it would be a houseblend or something but it tasted like a concentrate that I could’ve made at home.
The concept of the store, I get the hype for Americans with their cars and commuter lives. But I prefer the cafe style where I can sit on a terrace outdoors and enjoy my beverage outside with company.

The 7 Brew on 6th Ave in Decatur is consistently the best around here! There is a sweet blonde that works in the mornings, I think her name is Olivia, and you can tell just her presence makes a huge difference in the atmosphere of the business. They knocked it out of the park hiring her! Great job 7 Brew and Staff!!!!

Love grabbing a coffee here. It is always quick, the service is good, and there are more flavor options (including sugar free ones!) Than most places. The price is also reasonable!

5 out of 10 times coffee is terrible. Tonight for example got my coffee and it was terribly bitter went back through to have it remade was side eyed by employee at shots. Second iced coffee was worse than the first but sure why dead shots are being served!
