when I first started coming here, there was so much energy in these young adults and that hasn’t changed, they always have a smile on their face always ready to take care of you, Mr.Leinier at the Callaway location is a very sweet young man, I always look forward to this young man to take my order.

Seven Brew has been my ultimate favorite place to get drinks, whether it’s coffee or their energy drinks. I’m a regular and almost always order the same drink, rarely switching it up, because when it’s made right, it’s amazing. Unfortunately, lately my experience hasn’t been as consistent as it used to be.
Over the past few visits, my drink has been made incorrectly more often than not missing ingredients, added flavors I didn’t ask for, or something just being off. For the past two nights in a row, I’ve also noticed employee cars sitting in the drive-thru line, not waiting on an order, but instead with employees grouped together in the car or the car sitting empty. Even after getting my drink tonight and running to a store passing 7brew i still saw them there with cars patiently waiting behind them. I watched the girl that was working at the time get out of the white passenger car to get in her car that was right behind the White car both driving around the building to go back in the line.
Last night, when I went to pick up my drinks, one of them was completely forgotten. Most of the employees were gathered around a car, while only one employee was left to handle making drinks on her own. It was clear she was overwhelmed, and that wasn’t fair to her or to the customers.
I truly love Seven Brew and want to keep coming back, because this place has been a go-to for me for a long time. I just hope to see better consistency, teamwork, and attention to customers moving forward, because I know how great this place can be when things are running the way they should.

I usually dont go to these places because coffee should never cost as much as a meal, but I was taken to here as a treat. It was not bad, quite delicious actually. My one coffee was probably more calories than I need for two days, but good? Oh my gosh was it good! Be careful, you will get brain freeze! You need to indulge atleast once here and then become the constant visitor.

I live fairly close to 7 Brew so I frequently visit. I love this location. Despite the music being louder than pretty much any other place and it really waking you up at 7 am, the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. The staff are personable, helpful and accommodating.
I tried to create a drink flavor combo and they helped tailor the drink to my liking with no fuss or haste and gladly fixed it a few times until it came out just right.
I’ve never had a bad experience with ANY of the employees but the guy who wears sunglasses and a hat and might be a manager and the girl who frequently works in the drive thru cashier area who told me once her family grows coconuts, are absolutely stellar! They have the best customer service personality! I wish I knew their names but they deserve recognition for how amazing they are at their job. They both know how to talk to customers and make sure things are done efficiently and correctly. I’ll continue funneling my money into these delicious coffee drinks and amazing customer service.
If you’re looking for a drink recommendation, the iced cookie butter latte with oatmilk, scoop of toasted marshmallow and caramel drizzle is delicious. Perfectly sweet with that coffee taste. And the iced Georgia Peach green tea with kiwi is SO refreshing. Perfect for a midday pick me up.

Today I was escaping the chaos of my home with a heavy heart, I stopped by 7brew for the first time ever. The sweetest man named antuwan comes to my window,he gave me the full run down on the menu and all my options. He gave me a suggestion based on what I was lookimg for so I ordered what he said was his favorite drink. This man gave me my drink with no charge! I really dont think he knows how much he has touched my heart and reminded me of the goodness still in this world. Seven brew gained a customer for life. I will suggest this place over any other! It was a gorgeous morning this morning in Panama City, I pulled up to the 7-Brew drive-thru, and the crew was ready to rock. They handed me my fave iced coffee, extra sweet, and I took that first sip – perfection ! The sun was shining, the music was pumping, and the day was looking bright! I wanna say a big thank you to Antuwan this morning, every time I come in the morning or afternoon and if he is there Ik my experience is going to be great. He always has a smile on his face and has an amazing attitude at 7-brew and he always makes my experience wonderful. Trust me, you guys definitely got me as a costumer for life❤️

I have been going to 7Brew for months because I love the 7 Energy drinks & I’m happy we have one! Recently, the service is very slow (seems like there are never enough workers at peak times in am) & there seems to be no system when taking orders. Please improve this so I’m not waiting 30 min at 7am or at lunch! A system like CFA would work great! If I pulled up long before other cars in the opposite lane then my order should be taken first. At least they could take orders back in forth per lane to keep it consistent. Thank you!

There was only four cars in front of us we sat in line for over 17 minutes to get one coffee. They definitely don’t work as fast or don’t have organization like Dutch Bros and lynnhaven. I would highly recommend Dutch Bros over this place to just purely based on the customer service aspect
