7 Brew has become my absolute favorite coffee shop! The coffee is amazing and the employees are even more amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you’ve known them forever! They make this more of an experience than just getting your coffee!! I love coming here!! I always get a pup cup for my dog Emma and she absolutely enjoys her drink as well! It’s our little morning tradition.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru. I ordered 3 medium drinks and left a tip. Was given a small. They didn’t ring me up for the first drink so had to be charged twice. No big deal, but inconvenient. They remade the small to a medium by adding ice to the cup. Asked to toss my 7B cup from the day before and they refused to take it and while trying to hand it to them slipped out of my hand. They then proceeded to hand me drinks dripping from the sides while they had clearly wiped down everyone else’s drinks with towels. After asking for them to wipe the leaky cups they offered to put it in a new cup and give more napkins. I interacted with 4 different employees who were all incredibly rude and incompetent. The man who was working was the only kind soul willing to try and fix anything. Good luck running a business with such terrible customer service.

Been twice since it opened and loved it! Staff are great, friendly, and patient when ordering. Don’t forget about their specials (I.e., free shirts with large drink purchase and bracelets). Check them out on Facebook and make sure to sign up with your phone number when you order.

Last night around 6:00 pm me and a couple of my friends went to 7 brew after having dinner for a sweet treat because who wouldn’t. The girl with the heart shirt and long nails (which we loved, they were like a black French tip) was killing it! She went down the line taking orders and after she was done taking our order she ran back inside. We didn’t think too much of it but when we got to the front we saw her making drinks and we were rooting her on. We don’t know who she is but we are heading back today to see her. She is an absolute diva and we love her. On a side note the boy that was outside we weren’t a big fan of him. He didn’t talk and was complaining about going home.

I live in North Myrtle Beach and stopped by with my dad before dropping off my mom at work. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I ordered a chiller and a smoothie, and both were great. Definitely a wonderful experience

For people complaining about the music being loud it’s part of the happy and positive atmosphere that 7brew is about so if you don’t like go somewhere else. Me and my husband love going to 7 brew! The drinks are yummy, people are friendly and service is quick! we go soo often that we get recognized and it’s great that the employees remember us! we met Peyton when this location opened and she has been wonderful!

Today January 1st me and my husband came to seven brew for the first time and let me say they were pushing/working so hard. The lady with the yellow nails helped us out and she was so nice and caring and even though there were a line of cars behind us, she still made sure we were taking care of. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and their hard work!!!!!!!!

First time visiting this location was today around 5pm. My family and I only come to this area a few times a year. Not sure that we will visit again. I’m not sure if the staff was having a bad day or not. However, not the typical 7brew experience we’ve ever had at any other location. Ads all over for the special on friendship bracelets with the purchase of two medium drinks or large. So we decided to purchase drinks so we could get the bracelets for our kids. I asked the girl who served us if they were still doing it and she said no that they ran out. Coincidentally, she also was wearing a bracelet. I guess the employees get first dibs on them before actual customers. Then the girl who served us looked angry the entire time we saw her in line. She never spoke to us and had no interaction at all. She was not friendly. She didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. Apparently, this is the same person who numerous people have seemingly complained about and is still there. If she hates her job that much she doesn’t need to be there. Clearly, whoever is in management here doesn’t care. If they did this wouldn’t continue to be a pattern. Customer service may not seem like much to employees, but it does matter. I can pay $2-$3 for a coffee at McDonald’s and still get at least a thank you and have a good day.
