Let me be transparent… I dont like coffee. My wife does so when we stop places like this I try to get see what else they might have that I would like. Sure enough, they have lots of tasty drinks other than coffee. Staff was super helpful helping me pick a drink each time. Fun place!

Me and my friends got a lot of drinks and my friend wasn’t a fan of hers so we went through again to get another one and Tina the manager was so funny and SO helpful. She immediately recommended popular choices and asked my friend her favorite flavors and made a drink based on her favorites and my friend loved it! Tina’s great and provided such a great experience, we will definitely be back!!! #thegirlsinthenissan

The coffee is great if you have the time to wait. I recommend going when you have NOWHERE else to be. Waited in the drive thru outside lane for 17 mins after placing my order. Never did get my drink. I drove off so angry because the inside lane was churning out cars one by one. Dot. Have two lanes if you can’t keep both consistently moving. I filed a complaint before about the wait time but sadly, they can’t fix the issue. I can’t deal with the stress of it so I won’t be going back.

This location closes at 11. My family and I pulled into the drive through at 10:55 last night.. we sat in the drive through waiting for someone to greet us for 3-4 minutes.. (when we had first pulled in, the open sign was on and the lights were on.)
Finally someone came to the door to greet us. She had an absolute look of disgust on her face. We proceeded to ask her if they closed at 11, to which she confirmed, so I asked for a medium blue lagoon. They lady then told me that they were already closed.. that they didn’t close at 11, they closed at 1055 and she would not make our drink for us.

Went to 7 brew in Albemarle this morning and was assisted by two ladies one Mattie she was very polite, altogether great customer service. She assisted me with all of my questions and helped me pick out my coffee. Hailey I met at the register and she was amazing very great personality and very sweet!! Good job seven Brew I will be coming back!!!!
