We only waited about 15 minutes, which honestly was impressive given how busy it was. Our server Ashley greeted us promptly and was absolutely amazing. We let her know we weren’t in a rush, and she made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. She kept our drinks full, gave great food and drink recommendations, and was attentive the whole time — all while clearly handling a busy section.
The barbacoa quesadilla and wings were beyond amazing — seriously don’t skip the cherry habanero sauce.
Both Kaitlyn and Ashley had positive attitudes, friendly smiles, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Amazing service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!
like a local lodge with a great atmosphere.
Update November 2022:
I have been looking at my financial statements from the entire 20 day trip across the country and noticed that this place double charged my credit card! Out of all the places I visited, in my 20 day trip this place double charged me! And they didn’t even look at their statements to see a possible mistake because that’s what a good business will do. So watch out when you eat there. I don’t care what my review was previously, when I get screwed with my money, their rating goes down! I will edit this if this business refunds me the $37+ that I got overcharged for the burger, beer and soda.
Original review July 2022 :
I had the 6th Alley burger and it was the best. Family staff answered a lot of my questions I had about the local area and did not rush me out of the place which was great. Prices are a little higher than reasonable for the location but that is to be expected. I don’t mind paying a little bit extra for a restaurant that is open High up in the mountains far from the city. I know it cost more money to haul up supplies and food to 11,000 feet. Menu had lots of delicious looking choices I would recommend this place if you visit the Loveland Pass a little higher up the road or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area right next to it.
Food and beverages were also great here at 6th alley with GREAT VIEWS to compliment it all!
We got to the restaurants and it was packed, I immediately thought and said “we are not gonna get our food for a good hour” Boy was I wrong!
Within 20 minutes we got our order got our food and drinks.
We started with the hummus appetizer, good portions.
I ordered the salad with chicken, it was Huge!! Very good and the chicken was well cooked. Tender and not hard or old.
My girlfriend got the caprese sandwich and she really liked it. And the fries were different than your typical fries and really good.
Very generous with their food.
Much needed after a ski day.
