f you happen to be passing through Howard, you definitely need to stop by 6C’s. This place is a true South Dakota hidden gem! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming, perfectly capturing that authentic small-town hospitality. The service is absolutely top-notch; the staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and the food is fresh and delicious. It’s conveniently located right off SD-34, making it a breeze to find. It is the perfect spot to take a break, enjoy a great meal, and recharge before hitting the road again. Excellent value for money—highly recommended.

We had the chili footlongs and onion rings and let me tell you we would never go back. The onion rings were almost burnt to a crisp and the hotdog was almost cooked to death. Not to mention the hot dog was the size of a little smokie. It was hard to find in that bun. Very disappointed because we used to go there all the time but this is the first with the new owners.

Small town, family run business. The young employees who work there are incredibly friendly. The place is clean, the food is amazing (especially their burgers and crunchers), and the customer service is wonderful. It is not a fast food restaurant so don’t expect your food immediately especially if it’s busy. Use your wait time to talk to the other customers and enjoy the feel that is at this restaurant. Stop by Monday through Saturday 11-9:30 from May to August for a delicious meal or some amazing soft serve ice cream. It is cash only so be aware of that!
