Tonight was my first time visiting, although I have been wanting to go for about a year now after discovering 648 on instagram. My first initial impression was that the staff was more than happy and eager to get our group situated where we wanted to sit and get our drinks ordered, since our group had 2 new cigar smokers the staff got the in house cigar connoisseur to help them pick a good stick and pair it with a good drink. I also highly recommend the charcuterie board as it was spectacular. Cigars were reasonably priced, and there is no need to bring a torch and cutter as they will cut and light for you. They have a decent selection of cigars and more than enough variety when it comes to alcohol, but I think the staff is the selling point overall. I definitely recommend 648 to anyone who enjoys cigars or drinks, and I personally plan on being a repeat customer.

As someone traveling from out of state, it was a special experience to be able to enjoy a high quality cigar and spirit in the same place. I had a S84 Blackend paired with a Mr. And Mrs. Rye neat, a smooth and complex combination.
The interior is inviting and mature and the folks running the shop were helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll back the next time I’m in town. Overall quality establishment.

648 Bourbon & Cigar Lounge.
Wow, wow, wow…. super cool decor details, beautiful venue, amazing/friendly/tentative STAFF.
Name a Bourbon, they probably have it.
Very extensive Cigar selection.
The food – their kitchen is open LATE
We had the Grilled Chicken Cesar Wrap – made fresh to order, the wrap was grilled on all sides perfectly. YUMMY.
And the acoustics are ideal for live music!

Wabash Mountain Farm
A friend and I met there 2/24/2026 at 6:30, in spite of the fact that we are not into cigars (or any smoking) or distilled sprits. But the online menu looked great, and I was eager to try it. I had not been there since the place was Professor Joe’s (except for the week before when I stopped in to try the menu and they said it didn’t start until “next week.”)
I got there at 6:15 and had a beer while I waited for my friend. Learned that the online menu is “the old menu” and they don’t have those things anymore, but the new (mostly wraps) menu was on paper. We went upstairs thinking there were some small dining tables up there (there are not). We seated ourselves at a stair-rail-side bar-type seating and tried to get a beer for my friend. The bar and wait staff don’t know what beers they have, and there is no printed beer list. The online list produced by scanning the QR code on the menu offered beer that could not be found, or they were out of. We sat halfway up to the second level that hovers around and over the lower level area that is not the main bar. No waitstaff came up to where we were; rather we just spoke with them below.
The wait- and bar-staff were all pleasant and seemed to want to be helpful, although confused and disorganized for the most part, and we finally left to Thieme and Wagner’s, leaving 1/3 of my beer behind and never getting any beer for my friend, or any food. It is probably a *very* decent cigar and bourbon bar, but it is not all all decent as a food and beer bar. I wish them well.

Tons of Bourbon choices, limited cigar selection- cool atmosphere, comfortable chairs, and a haze of tasty smoke permeates this bar. There is a small balcony surrounding the main seating area- the night we were here, there was live music too. One caveat: it was 648° degrees in there, seemed to be no air-conditioning, we sweated through the show, but overall enjoyed the place…

A neat spot for a drink before dinner! As a non-smoker, the cigar smoke/smell wasn’t bothersome to me at all. The largest whiskey selection I’ve ever seen in any establishment, friendly folks, good cocktails, and comfy chairs. Recommend!

Easily one of the best bourbon cigar bars I’ve been to. Great service timely an one of the top best old fashioned I’ve had. Jacob hooked me up wanted a certain cigar and they unfortunately didn’t have it in stock so he recommend a different one and its now officially on my list. Just overall amazing!!!

Jacob was an amazing server/Bartender. He did such a great job and made everyone feel welcome in my group. out of all the 13 bars we went to tonight in our bar crawl. He was the best server/ Bartender out of every single one.
