Just had another incredible lunch at 64, this place is becoming my fave… £59, 3 courses, such great value for the meal we enjoyed. The food is simply superb and the atmosphere just lovely. I think the Pommes Annas were the best ones I have ever had!

A must visit!

Made a reservation to dine in for lunch on Saturday.
All the food is so good and the combination comes so well.
We had ordered pomme anna as side – very crispy outside and soft inside.
I would definitely revisit and try out other dishes from the menu.

64 Goodge Street was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Watching the chefs cook in front of us added a special touch and real sense of craft to the meal. The food was refined, beautifully executed, and genuinely felt Michelin-level in quality.

While the portions may appear modest, they are surprisingly satisfying, every dish was thoughtfully balanced and deeply flavorful. The service was exceptionally quick, warm, and attentive, making the whole experience effortless and enjoyable.

A truly memorable meal and very highly recommended.

Came here for lunch on Saturday. Require reservations as a small restaurant. 1 star Michelin french restaurant. £59 per person for 3 courses. I thought it was a really nice lunch overall. Service and staff were good and friendly. Atmosphere was intimate and relaxing. Bread and butter were excellent (which I usually judge the restaurant by bread and butter). We ordered venison and pork as our main course and I thought they were wonderful. We will be back for dinner for one day.

They overcharged us for a coffee we didn’t have however they did refund us.

They also have £1 donation to their charity (World Central Kitchen) in our final bill. I do hope restaurants stop practicing this. I understand there’s a small print on the lunch menu about this optional donation. £1 is not much at all therefore customers rarely decline. We did not decline however it will be nice to ask us first before adding to our final bill.

Second visit as the first one was so brilliant. Took clients to the private dining room which was amazing value and amazing food. Some real skill in the kitchen. Would massively recommend.

This was one of the best Michelin restaurants experiences I’ve ever had. Not only for the delicious food but especially for the service: fast, delicate and careful! They really know how to make you feel like home. I had the 3 courses menu for 59£, the quail was perfectly cooked as well as the halibut. But the highlight was the pastry, an amazing combo between a good baked product with ice cream inside and bottom sauce! Thank you, I will be back!

Valuable lunch set menu at £59. The Halibut main is tremendous, so tender and juicy, upgrade is recommended. Stuffed onion was also awesome, though it’s hard to get it wrong. Choux a la creme was too crunchy, the only average dish of the 3.

Casual vibes and basic service, compared to other starred restaurants it’s more suitable for a meal with relatives than a special occasion.

We were here for Monday lunch and the restaurant was busy but calm – tables well spaced within the calming, dark green interior with views in the kitchen via the bar. Noise levels low so easy to chat over lunch and 64 doesn’t feel like a library. Staff were very welcoming and their service was very friendly and attentive. The menu offers plenty of choice and is a set price for lunch (currently £59) / dinner (currently £89) for 3 courses. We both ate starter of monkfish in a red wine and chicken jus reduction with a small piece of chicken thigh and dash of creamy salsify mash – a gorgeous dish. Then mains of halibut mussels and Breton cider in cream sauce / chicken au vin with chestnuts and Alsace bacon – with shared portion of pommes Anna (sauce with the chicken was similar to the fish starter). Amouse bouche to start and quails eggs with mayo and smoked eel as an extra starter(I’ll be trying to copy them at home) and lemon jelly and mini Financiers at the end of the meal after delightful puddings. The best food we’ve had in London and so highly highly recommended.

I went to eat at for dinner on a Friday night. It was very busy, but bookings were available.

Staff was quite friendly, but it did feel like we were trying to be ushered out and had a short time limit on our table. Our bill came to us before we requested it.
I felt this was slightly unfair was we definitely weren’t taking our time, but at times the wait between courses was quite long. I was on my second sip of my tea, and the bill arrived with a polite “we’re going to need to table back”. FOH was very nice about it, but the restaurant definitely felt like quantity over quality at times.

The food overall was really nice. Felt like casual and relaxed dining.
Bread was lovely – really yummy brioche bread with salted butter!
Starters and main courses were nice too. I had halibut, but it was definitely overcooked – it was very dry. The other elements were really lovely though.
Their pommes anna chefs kiss!!

Desserts were a little bit of a let down. Creme brulee was tasty, but it was in a very large dish so the actual creme layer was super thin. Felt really awkward to eat.
We also had the lemon meringue tart. The lemon filling was nice but the tart tastes more like puff pastry. It was also quite overbaked so it actually tasted quite bitter.

Overall it was a nice experience but I’m not sure if I’d come back.

I’m surprised this place has a Michelin star. The set menu was hit or miss. First course (duck and quail) was better than main course (pork and venison). The appetizers (snail and frog lollipop) and side dishes (pomme something) were extra costs, as tiny as the bouche amusee, not flavorful at all, and very greasy. The desserts were regular size and actually quite good. Drinks were okay…my sparkling wine had a tiny serving as well. Overall, would not recommend…for this price, you can get much better food elsewhere.
