This place started off promising. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. The food came out fast even though they looked busy and we had a bigger group. It was quick service for sure. My bacon cheese burger was nearly perfect. It was well cooked and delicious. It had large pieces of bacon and lots of cheese. The waitress even remembered a small request about the burger. The fries were pretty good. My only issue with the fries was that some of them were a little over cooked. You can see them in the images of what I didn’t eat. So far so good right? The real problem came when we looked at other peoples orders. My bun was perfectly cooked while others had buns like my sons that were burnt. This seems like a hard thing to mess up. Just don’t overcook the bread. I would try it again, but just be cautious about consistency…

Visiting on vacation. Came for the milkshakes. Unable to serve that day. Wanted diet Pepsi. That machine wasn’t working. Burger was so well done it was hard. Plus, 60s’ burgers should come with iceberg lettuce not some weedy looking stuff. Possibly arugula? VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Good shakes the lady was friendly slow to check out needed to change the grease badly chill had celery in it that was weird. Chicken strips were crunchy and too dark.

Their food was amazing – a few years ago! I used to love this place so much. Sadly, the food is not what it used to be. The last two times we’ve been there the fries were burnt, way too salty, and barely edible. Some of our sandwiches were burnt as well! Hoping it was just a fluke, we went back a second time fairly close together, and again we were let down. The food is just not what it used to be. I’m not sure why they got rid of the tater tots. The fries are some of the worst I’ve ever had. My guess is they must have a different cook as well (based on the new lack of quality and consistency that they once had).

Adorable, cozy Cafe with original 60’s decor. Service was wonderful and portions were ample. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the chicken wings were the best we’d ever had. Love that they add flavors to your soda, cherry mountain dew or vanilla Dr pepper are great choices! They also have a lot of yummy looking shakes/malts on the menu.
