Central Texas Style craft barbecue, all smoked with red oak on a 100% wood fired offset smoker, low and slow. We serve family market style, or a la carte. Meats sliced by the 1/2 Lb. on a tray with butcher paper, pickled onions, with homemade pickles and sauce on the side. We are proud to partner with Lithermans Limited Brewery as our neighbors, so come enjoy some real authentic Texas barbecue, and some fantastic cold beer.

The line is long and you’ll be waiting a while, so get there early or they’ll begin running out. They move quickly though; I didn’t feel like I waited long between ordering and receiving my plate.
Beef brisket, tender and succulent.
Pork ribs, a little on the sweeter side and with a good snap.
Burnt ends, tender and savory.
Jalapeno cheddar sausage, great snap and strong jalapeno flavor (I prefer it).
Baked beans, tender, salty, and sweet.
Mac and cheese was FUEGOOOOO. I like a solid yellow mac and cheese, this hit the spot. Large portion, tasty, and al dente.
If there’s one thing that’ll get New Hampshire folks lining up before opening, it’s BBQ. This spot has only been around for two years, but people were already waiting over an hour when we showed up. The chef trained in Texas, and from the counter alone the meats looked straight out of a Central Texas smokehouse.
Instead of the sample platter, we went with three half-pound cuts: brisket, burnt ends, and pork ribs. They don’t allow ribs on the platter anyway, so this felt like a better move. For brisket, we chose fatty, and while it wasn’t the most tender brisket I’ve had, it was the best I’ve had in New England. Fatty but never excessive, and balanced in flavor. Most importantly, I could eat a whole chunk of lean parts without a sip of water.
The pork ribs were excellent, the burnt ends solid. A few pieces ran dry, but the sauce pulled it through. Oddly enough, I swear there was a tea note (jasmine maybe?) that gave it extra umami.
They offered four sauces, with the Dr. Pepper being my fav. Nice peppery kick on top of that usual sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.
I ordered the brisket, ribs, and mac & cheese to go. Everything was excellent, good variety of sauces too. It took about 20 minutes for my order to be processed and delivered. Prices were comparable to other barbecue places in the area.
I haven’t eaten at every barbecue restaurant in the state, but I’ve sampled my fair share in NH, TN, NC, and TX. There’s a reason this place is highly rated.
The pork ribs were meaty and not fatty or grisly. The brisket was moist and tender. The Mac and cheese might be the best I’ve ever eaten. The beans are yummy yet slightly spicy and the cornbread is excellent as well. Restrooms are provided, and indoor and outdoor seating. There are soft drinks as well as a variety of beers on tap right next door. Overall, an excellent place for BBQ and having lived in Texas for many years, I can speak with authority.
On top of the food, the environment and customer service are next level. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, and the vibe makes the whole experience even better.
This isn’t just good BBQ—it’s award-worthy BBQ. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic, flavorful barbecue done right.
We got the sampler platter (brisket- phenomenal, jalapeño cheddar sausage- insane, and pulled pork- so good) with the Mac and cheese (a must order), elote (fantastic and well spiced), cornbread (SO GOOD). We also got two street tacos (brisket and barbacoa) and the banana pudding (the only thing I probably wouldn’t order again). Can’t wait to come back!!
