This is a veteran-owned restaurant, and I love supporting veteran-owned businesses. Great local spot in Helotes and definitely one I’d return to.
What makes this place even more special is the atmosphere. It’s veteran-owned, with military memorabilia all around that gives it a real sense of honor and respect. They even have a table set for the Soldier fallen soldiers table —a powerful reminder that some never made it home.
6 Clicks Café is more than just a spot to eat—it’s a place that feels like home, filled with pride, respect, and great food.
The waiter was extremely attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cafe itself was very clean, which I always appreciate. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxed business meeting.
Another thing I truly love is that Clicks Cafe is veteran-owned and proudly supports our military. That means a lot to me and makes supporting this local business even more special.
I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a warm, welcoming environment!
Our waitress, Candance, was extremely attentive and so welcoming—she made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. My husband ordered the ranch chicken sandwich and it was incredibly flavorful and tasty. You can really tell everything is made from scratch.
And don’t even think about leaving without dessertthe bread pudding was SO delicious.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend
However, not a good stop! First time to experience the restaurant as we had heard and seen good things about it and we were on a day trip to Lost Maples. This was our breakfast stop.
They opened at 8 am and they stuck to the clock. Not very busy as we were there a few minutes before they opened. My wife ordered the Double Decker Sandwich and asked if she could make that into a BLT and was told NO because they did not have the lunch stuff out! Lunch Stuff? Hmmmm. Obviously lettuce and tomatoes are considered lunch.
I ordered the Eggs Benedict’s with Crispy Hash-browns and a side English muffin toasted.
As you see in the pictures the has browns are not crispy and the inside was not cooked and tasted like raw potatoes.
I could go on saying how bad it was but I think I have said enough. Poor service, lousy food!
There is a Mexican restaurant a couple doors down!
Regarding the food, it was satisfactory. However, I believe the pricing is approximately $1.50 to $2.00 higher than it should be, which could potentially be attributed to high rental costs at that particular location.
I may consider returning to this establishment. However, should a similar error occur and the cook instructs the waitress to bear the cost, I will directly address the matter with the cook. The specific item in question was mashed potatoes.
