5thStreetKitchen is a great new addition to Steamboat downtown. Great food, lovely presentation and relaxed, stylish vibe! Couldn’t decide – everything sounded so good. Ended up getting 3 apps, 2 salads, the chowder, lamb chops, and banana bread pudding. Needed a to go box for sure. Portions were generous. Flavors were delightful. New favorite place! Can’t wait to return.

We were so bummed when Mahogany closed. We had gone to this restaurant for years. And when fifth Street kitchen showed up we wanted to try it out. It does not disappoint. The food is excellent. The service was great. We loved our weight staff Luis. The food was quick. It was hot and we absolutely love this place. You need to give it a try.

Family of 6 visiting Steamboat Springs for the first time and had dinner here Christmas Eve. We hit the jackpot with this place. The staff is excellent, the food amazing and pricing reasonable. We had a variety of appetizers and entrees and all were delicious, with the tuna tostada, clam chowder and crab cakes exceptional. 100% recommend this restaurant.

Ok. Food and serves were solid. That SHOULD be enough. But the sterile atmosphere with not one thing on the walls with a bare mumble of elevator music just really left us feeling bored and disappointed. For a place with a whimsical mosse wearing leg warmers as their logo, you’d think they’d have just a little more fun inside.

Highly recommend!! Food was fantastic – the burger was cooked to perfection, salads were fresh, the lemon chicken and the scallops with risotto were very tasty. The service was friendly, and the prices were shockingly reasonable. Oh, and definitely get the banana bread pudding – so good!

First time here, and the food was amazing, especially for the price (considering it is in Steamboat). We had 2 cups of thier chowder (really tasty), lamb chops, Seafood Cioppino (with zucchini spirals) , and chicken fried chicken, and they were all really great. This place is a gem from a value and quality perspective, and seems to often have space available as it is new right in town center with walk by traffic.

Second time visiting this restaurant and both times we were extremely happy with the food. Lamb chops were excellent. Others in our group had ribs and tuna. Everything is superb. Look forward to going there again.

To give some context, I went on a Tuesday night in mid December. I made a reservation and was greeted and seated immediately. There were only two other tables in the place the whole time we were there. The server was a woman who didn’t seem very experienced serving tables. The old fashioned was good and well balanced. The server had a handheld device to take the order. The entire order was given at once and the server agreed to course the meal. When my salad came out it was the wrong salad. The entree came out halfway through the salad. The server remembered the glass of wine I requested with the entree but when she went to confirm it, it was the wrong wine… im glad she asked. The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone. The dessert, banana bread pudding, was good, not great, but the portion size was enormous.

Our meal was 10/10. Fresh produce cooked perfectly and served by really friendly staff. The grilled romaine salad and burgers were just delicious. We’ll be back!
