Everything was delicious! Huge sandwiches for the price, almost wish I had shared half a sandwich instead. I got the chicken salad and my partner got the patty melt. The bread on the cold sandwich was SO good, very fresh and soft. Highly recommend if you want to share a lunch with someone. Thanks!

Always great. I stop here every week and take their delicious food to my boat to enjoy. Highly recommend. The staff are delightful. What’s not to like? The pies are beyond good too. And the cinnamon rolls would feed an entire group. My Irish Wolfhound was a huge fan 🙂

Excellent sandwiches, both hot and cold, from Gardenburgers with Cheese to big Beef burgers, plus real milkshakes in a wide variety of flavors. Salads, too, plus desserts and even cookies, although the more traditional favorites, like chocolate chip sell out fast. Servings are generous but not overwhelming. Sandwiches come with a choice of sides, but go for the fries: they’re excellent. Staff is friendly, kind, and efficient; they stick around, so they know customers by name. 5th on 4th is a really comfortable hometown place run by good, good folks.

Chicken strips were disappointing and overpriced. Staff was very friendly at least.
The chicken strips weren’t anything special, and kind of tough. They were certainly edible, but I could get a whole bag of similar quality chicken from the grocery store for half the price. Fries were bland and kind of dry. I don’t like wasting food, but the fries weren’t even worth eating.
I’ve been here before and remembered them being good, so I wonder what changed. I’ll get a sandwich next time instead.

Very cute family owned sandwich shop. Probably the best hot sandwich I have ever ordered at a restaurant! I highly recommend The Hot Oly. The prices are a little high but the sandwiches are large and the sides are very generous – you could easily share with another person, and I wish I would have done so because I was stuffed! It’s crowded here (obviously a local favorite) so grab a booth or take to go.

The best sandwiches literally. I LOVE the jalapeno bread for the Turkey cranberry sandwich. Actually very affordable for that given how good it is. They have great chicken tenders as well. My hubby got the turkey club that was delicious and before that, the Hot Oly. Love supporting this local place!!

Great food, classic atmosphere…. Lack of communication and not keeping to posted hours is concerning. May not even try to come here after I’ve shown up twice and your closed with no updates to Google or your Facebook page where you list the soup of the day but not that you’re closing early….

Maybe update Google with restaurants hour updates/ closure. Instead of a phone # that has to ring 20 times before the restaurant voicemail that tells people you are short handed /had to close at 4pm. Do better
