Hands-down my favorite foodie experience in western Palm Beach County. This family owned, authentic Peruvian experience is a real treat❣️
Thanks Magie for your friendly service today and to Owner/Chef Danny for popping out to say “Hi” and ask about the family

This is unfortunate to have to be giving such a low rating. We wanted to go to some place new. My husband saw a reel of 561Ceviche on Instagram.
We decided to go today! We ordered the Pollo la Brasa with French fries. It was taking a while so the waitress brought us chicken lentil soup. Nice gesture.
The photos show why our rating is low. The chicken looked and tasted boiled and then baked briefly, not cooked via rotisserie. It was worse when we turned it over to see it was also undercooked. It looked nothing like the chicken on Instagram or their sign out front.
As for service, we gave a 3, but truly under staffed. We understand this given ot was New Years Day.
The waitress suggested she bring out another chicken, but we did not feel like eating it or waiting for such a long time again. The chicken should have been cooked the first time.

1- The plates and silverware were very nice, clean and high-end.
2- The food was fresh and delicious.
3- The attention was above and beyond basically 5 star service.
4- What I liked the most was the presentation of the desserts.

Maggie was awesome. The food was amazing. Best Peruvian place I’ve tried in the US so far.

The food & service were great, it’s a little pricey, but the food and service was good. I am not a ceviche lover but my wife is and she loved it. I had the beef tips with pesto and pasta. I was really good. The tostones and maduros where perfect! Tostones nice and crispy, not oily at all, and the maduros melted like warm butter and perfectly sweet.

This is the second time we’ve been here. The first time we picked a few items from the lunch menu on a weekday and it was good. Today we did a phone order for pick up and wanted to try their lomo saltado. It was $25 and when my husband got back we opened it up and look at this portion of meat they put in this. It was upsetting. And on top of that it was very thin and super cooked which my husband was not a fan of. Not going here again.

The food was really good. The service was excellent. The whole chicken took a little long but it was well worth the wait. Great moist flavor and throughly cooked.

I’m actually super disappointed. Admittedly, I have not been here for a long time. But pregnancy cravings took me to order from here. I arrived no one was here, but was greeted. And was given my food. When I got home, i was met with the saddest jaleta, 1) they didn’t even add the sauce. 2) nothing was fresh. No crunch, a tiny salad in the corner that was wilted, and some pieces looked old, like leftovers from the day before. The yuca tasted bad, and old, not fluffy or crispy. A rock. The fish pieces were many tiny cut up pieces. Like the last bit of a fish bag. There was no one in the restaurant, and this just feels like they threw things in a box with no care. Customers are not always right, and even for a to go customer, I expect some kind of respect to their customers.

Finally a delicious Peruvian style “pollo à la brasa” in Royal Palm Beach! Highly recommended rotisserie chicken. You have to go.
