54th Street was founded in Kansas City, MO by Thomas E. Norsworthy in 1989. He envisioned a place that would accommodate a consistently crowded dining room as well as a lively bar crowd, while offering the quality food and drinks that exceed national chain competitors.
At 54th Street, we believe that great food starts with fresh produce, high quality meats and ingredients and meals prepared from scratch. With our amazing range of scratch prepared menu items, we truly have something for everyone. The Five-Four promise is to forever uphold our tradition of serving generous portions of housemade food and drink at an honest price.
54th Street welcomes you for all occasions.
Chain offering a broad American menu & drinks in a relaxed setting with kitschy, eclectic decor.

Big fan of this establishment! Great food, to tier service in my experience here! To John and our server Jedi (Nickname), excellent service gentlemen. As well as the bartender Tyler, made me a great drink while I waited, and the wait wasn’t long… Getting harder to great places like this, please keep at it!

We visited the Frisco location after a great first impression in Allen, as we wanted to try something else from their extensive menu. This time, I got the Grilled Reuben sandwich, and my wife got the Chicken Fajita Skillet. Both dishes were excellent, and the service from Kam was five stars. She told us that today was her first day, but she was an expert and had the best attitude! The place was not packed, but there were a few people at the bar watching football, which created a nice ambiance.

The restaurant looks really cool, it’s unfortunate the take out staff isn’t pleasant to deal with. One of the guys actually was nice, the heavy set guy with curly hair really seemed like he really
The baked potato soup was way over salted. The burger was ok, they must have run out of lettuce with the couple scraps they put on.
Overall the reviews seem good but I’d never recommend this place for food.

54th Street is always a solid choice for a casual meal with great food and friendly service. The menu has something for everyone — from burgers and sandwiches to pastas and salads — and everything comes out fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, the drinks are well made, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you’re dining with family, friends, or coworkers.
The staff is attentive and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about giving guests a good experience. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just appetizers and drinks, 54th Street consistently delivers great value and quality. Highly recommend!

LOVED our experience here! We’re from out of town, saw it on the map app, and decided to take a chance. We’re so glad we did! Reese did a fantastic job serving, the food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect! They offer such a wide variety of American cuisine so we were able to order the perfect meal for everyone.

Had dinner for two deal and picked three categories. Drink, Munchies, and Entree. First time eating here and we stuck with soup and salad. You know if they mess up that how can they do anything right. They are far and beyond a draft house or a street restaurant. The food was delicious. Gringo dip with waffle fries/ chips were amazing. Salad and soup were delicious. Their Caesar salad had the right amount of crunch and dressing. Tortilla soup was delicious. The portions were bigger than I expected. So much so that I couldn’t finish my meal and have leftover soup for later.
All in all it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back again and this time try one of their burgers or pasta dishes. This is definitely become one of my regular haunts.
