Fast, friendly service. Delicious plates. Asparagus sushi, mixed tempura, and deep-fried salmon cheek were all great. Centrally located. Chill vibes.

541 Sushi Bar is GARBAGE! I went there today and ordered the Vegas roll, Spider roll, Gyoza, Eel and Rainbow roll. What I ordered and was not what I received. Imitation krab was used in both the Spider and Vegas roll. The menu said that the Spider roll was deep fried soft shell crab. It was not. It was filled with imitation crab, NOT the actual full soft shell crab that is offered at REAL sushi establishments. That same went for the Vegas roll. The Vegas roll is supposed to be a deep fried Philly roll, which is smoked salmon, cucumber and cream cheese, that has then been deep fried. Again, instead of the smoked salmon, imitation Krab was used! I asked the proprietor what sushi was served to me and he insisted that the rolls he served me were what I ordered. It absolutely was NOT! And then he insisted on me paying for the order and argued about the price! He is substituting low quality ingredients for the smoked salmon and soft shell crab. I know my sushi and this place is a low class rip off. Their standards are sub par not only in regards to ingredients, but also hygiene as the sushi chef was doing multiple tasks between orders, like cleaning tables and unplugging the toilet all the while not thoroughly washing his hands between tasks or using gloves to touch raw fish. The level of filth, food quality, preparation, and the deception of ingredients is APPALLING! Do NOT eat there! You have been WARNED!

This is my favorite moving sushi bar in Eugene . Thet are always happy to make you any roll that’s not on the belt and the service is always friendly and Accommodating. Try to save me a seat if you make this your new sushi bar
Don’t listen to haters who come to a Sushi belt and order soup and a box of non-sushi items like overpriced grapes and cheesecake. Those people are petty and better off at Fred Meyers

every item on the sushi menu is $3.75 so you do have to do math for which pidces youd want. quality is also nice and fast service. a surprising number of conveyer belt items have cream cheese in them which isn’t my favorite but isn’t strictly bad.

ill always stop by for a quick lunch when im downtown. the seared salmon is very nice

I literally saw the chef scratch his arms by the armpit area and started making sushi rolls afterwards. He didn’t even bother changing gloves. All of the items were mostly 3.75 per plate however I was too grossed out to continue dining. On another note, they’re more of a crab based rolls with some salmon or shrimp tempura ingredients.

It was awesome! They have amazing food and drinks like Ramuné and others. The plates on the conveyor belt are sushi appearing in 3 to 5 pieces, grapes, egg rolls, and some others. Some others you have to order, my favorite being the Teriyaki bowl or Teriyaki bento bowl. The service is amazing too. My favorite restaurant. Totally recommend.

This place is always dead when we go. Literally we are the only ones there every time. It makes us wonder how fresh the fish is if the stuff just rides around and around. I got yellowtail nigiri one time and it tasted off. My kids like the sesame balls. It’s hard to imagine what they do with all that uneaten food at the end of the night. Put it out the next day? The roll options are limited to fake crab in every roll or spicy tuna/salmon in some. Pretty boring.

Very good experience. Definitely sit at the counter if you can, sushi belt is super convenient and fun. The people working were extremely friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and other things that we didn’t see. They have a menu where you can ask for items not being made currently for the belt. Overall, I will be back next time I’m in town. And shout out to Ryan who was working. Very friendly and made some great rolls.

Terrible customer service literally left starving because when I was trying to give my order, the lady interrupted me and did not even let me order. She just walked away while I was mid sentence. Don’t know how that happened. But it felt completely unnecessary. Would never go here again. There are so many places in Eugene to eat this is definitely not one of them. Don’t waste your time or money seriously

Went to pick up some sushi to go after a show and they were closed 20 minutes before they were supposed to be! I’ve eaten there during the day and they were good, so that’s why I wanted to go back. But nooooo… they closed early when their door said they were still open! Really stupid! Not happy!
