A cozy spot for a relaxing breakfast. 521 Waffles offers a wide variety of breakfast waffles—we tried banana, berry, chocolate, and “monkey.” The waffles were buttery and delicious. The only downside was the ventilation, as the room got a bit smoky while they were cooking the waffles.

Delicious food. Not cheap but not too expensive, I’d say it’s perfectly priced for the quality you get. Their orange juice is amazing, meat is crispy and thick, and the waffles… The texture is perfect. You can cut them with a fork, so they’re not too stiff, but they’re thick and delicious. I loved my lemon poppyseed waffle, and my side of bacon was soooo good. If I lived closer I’d be a frequent flyer here!

The biscuit was SO GOOD! Staff was really kind and accommodating. I have some weird food allergies and she talked to the baker to confirm what I could eat, double checked ingredients, and made me feel really comfortable. Wonderful little place!

These were the best gluten free biscuits and waffles we have ever had. We will go out of our way to visit again when we are in this area. We placed an order online and picked up. Highly recommend, not just for those who can’t eat gluten!

This place needs to celebrate that they are a gluten free kitchen AND serve delicious food! I loved that everyone (gluten eaters and those with celiac) could eat delicious biscuits and waffles. We got biscuits, orange juice, and scones. The food was fresh, quick, and yummy! They were loved by all! A soft and yummy biscuit; I wouldn’t have known it was gluten free. You order at the counter and pick up your breakfast and serve you own coffee. A nice casual breakfast joint!

Would absolutely be 5 stars if they hadn’t gone to only weekends right after I discovered the place. My coworkers and I were so excited to have a delicious gluten free place to get delivered to the office and now it’s been months of them not being open during the week. Probably shouldn’t be expanding if you can’t keep operations going at the original location.

Edited after going in person: Amazing biscuit breakfast sandwich. I still wish that the sandwiches had an option for butter, or Mayo. But it was a great gluten free breakfast option and reasonably priced. The chocolate chip waffle was devine. Fluffy and moist with crispy edges. The service is sooooo fast. I took biscuits and scones home for the week. I highly recommend this joint.

I ordered breakfast and coffee to go because it was walking distance to my hotel, and I wasn’t disappointed! The chocolate chip scone was delicious and I’m still thinking of it a day later. My fiance and I split the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit Sandwich because it’s pretty large. I loved the thick cut bacon that was perfectly crispy without being burnt! You could hear a crunch in every bite! The biscuit was also delicious and didn’t fall apart.
I didn’t realize this was a gluten-free restaurant until I came here to review it, but that’s an added bonus!

Honesty, was a bit nerve wracking because nothing in the shop says that it’s 100% gluten free (GF) – but IT IS! I have anaphylactic wheat allergy and am a celiac and found and trusted the comments on the “Find Me GF app”. I will say I asked the person taking the order if it was gluten free and she was very mundane and it was just a “yes”. Decided to risk it despite the food anxiety that comes with an allergy and glad I did!
I got the beaut biscuit and a waffle with no issues at all! The biscuit is one of the rare types of GF bread you get while out that doesn’t crumble and LOVE that! The waffle reminded me of ones I had before my allergy.
The place is poppin which is great to see for a GF location! I would suggest they include some signage about being gluten free – it would really benefit those that do have an allergy to feel safe.
Would highly recommend the food. My husband’s a gluten eater and loved his food too!

The food is great in my opinion, I bought a bacon egg & cheese biscuit and a blueberry scone , the biscuit and scone were nice and soft inside and delicious. Next time I need to try the waffles.I’m very happy that everything is gluten-free.
Issues: No parking although paid parking walking distance away. Not a lot of seating inside.
