Ordered 2 chicken momo- one jhol and one cmomo, samosa and chicken chowmein via doordash. Both the momo were severely undercooked. The chicken inside was raw, which is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. When we brought this up to the front desk, the girl refused to refund our money and instead offered a “free meal on our next order” as if one would want to come back after being served raw chicken, and the girl was giggling the entire time, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and zero accountability. We are a returning customer and used to love the food here but after today, will not be returning. Overall, a terrible experience from both the food and the service.

My appetizer samosas was good, I got chicken vindaloo spicy #3 not spicy but it was ok. The butter chicken was flavorless and watered down, they brought more a little thicker but spicy and no flavor. The young lady was nice but i probably won’t go back. They do a 5% military discount. The flavor was not flavorful. And they charge 3.00 for a can of soda not happy

Delicious food with plenty of aromatics and flavor and a plenty of options for your protein of choice. You can adjust the spice level if you’re not willing to sweat a little bit. The staff is very kind and attentive. Favorite Indian & Nepalese spot in the area, hands down.

We drove all the way from the Texas/Oklahoma border for Indian food since we do not have any near us. The food was fresh and hot, the prices were reasonable, and was authentic. The Vindaloo was a tad bland but the butter chicken was very good. The naan was fluffy and the samosas were crispy. Portions were a perfect size.

Amazing Biryani that is not overly masala heavy like other places, mild and flavorful! Steam momos and chilli momos and tandoori chicken are amazing each time i visit, which was quite few times! Service has always been with a smile!

Whenever I’m craving something spicy and comforting, I go for spicy Indian food. Lately, this place has become my go-to!! The prices are reasonable, the food is solid, and when you order it spicy, it has that nice kick. Especially the garlic naan—it’s rich and seriously so good…
Kashish is a good server and the service is 100 !!

We took a bunch of to-go North Indian fare and we are extremely happy to note that the food was prepared extremely well and in the most authentic way!
We chose Mutter Paneer as curry and samosas as appetizer from the vegetarian offerings .
From the non-veg menu we ordered the Chicken Momos, the Goat Rogan Josh , Chicken Biryani and the Non-Veg platter.
Each items were made fresh from scratch, using the correct aromatic and flavor laden spices and condiments and cooked to perfection with love and passion!
We have becomes die hard fans of this place !
Kashish – who took our order was so engaging in conversation and extremely eager to note our order, which she did with great understanding of the cuisine being served and keen knowledge of its ingredients. In fact when we asked to avoid any all-purpose flour (maida) breads, so suggested Lacchha Paratha made of whole wheat as the alternative. God bless her!
The ambience was quiet and inviting with lots of ethic deco on the walls.
We promised to be back soon for a dine-in.
Sorry we were famished so just forgot to take photos of the food before we devoured our to-go on reaching home. But have added the menu photos for your perusal

We tried the veg momos at 51 Rainbow Indian Grill, and both types were disappointing. The steamed momos were completely bland with no flavor, and the fried ones were overly oily and felt half-cooked — more like eating oil than momos. Definitely not worth it.

Chilli Momo chicken was amazing! Loved the veggies and spice. Lamb was tender and a good portion. Ordered via uber eats- everything was packaged very nicely and tasted fresh.
***update : tried the lentil soup and Chana Masala- both were amazing. Changed to 5 stars

I took my American coworker and her family for lunch at Rainbow 51. It was close to work and home and I had never been there. They had never tried Indian food before. I asked a few people, and they all had positive recommendations for Rainbow 51, an Indian-Nepalese food restaurant in McKinney, just opposite McKinney Ranch Walmart. I made reservations the night before for a table for seven people. The hostess Kashish was extremely helpful and co-operative and told me that the food would not be too hot or spicy for them. I am pure vegetarian and they assured me that the food would be pure vegetarian for me. My friends all loved non-vegetarian food and had butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and tandoori chicken, complemented by naan. We had samosas and fries and mango lassi and topped the lunch with desserts- ras malai and Gulab jamun. We sat leisurely for about two hours, had a great time, the children loved it, and the food and service were excellent. I am very happy to give it five stars. Some renovation is going in now, but they also have a large banquet hall. Very positive!
