What a difference a few years make. At least 30 when I worked here and it was the old town pub. Walked in and recognized a few things but definitely an upgrade in decor and atmosphere. We were lucky enough to have a seat so I could catch up with family. Very relaxing. And they bragged about the flatbread. It was as good as they said. Prices were good and would come back if back in town.

So glad we wandered about and found this quaint and warm place. Welcoming staff and a table toward the back, we ate exquisite hummus and pickles bites and proceeded with salads (fresh and not from a bag!) Absolutely worth the gamble of trying a new spot and pair the spinach with a glass of chardonnay. Live music too! The music was on point, classy and very good.

We had the most amazing time at 503 Uncorked last night! The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the music were all top notch! We will definitely be back! Thank you for creating such a wonderful space for people to gather and make memories! My heart is full!

Going to give this place an average rating due to circumstances of the evening. Apparently the kitchen was short staffed and everything was backed up. Took over 2 hours to get all of our food. The wait staff and bartender were very friendly and tried to make things right. I am glad there was live music as we were going to stay for a bit and listen anyway.
The place has a limited menu and the food should not have been truly an issue. However, things happen and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hoping they get their kitchen in order.
Overall, the place is nice with good cocktails. I would recommend making reservations and see how the kitchen staff is working out for the evening. The staff did tell people things would be slow but I don’t think they imagined how backed up the kitchen would get.

Attended a birthday party late July where we reserved a side room and had around 15 people. We ordered several small plates which I didn’t get good pictures of, Sorry. This establishment has a great culture and with uniqueness and style. We were there on a Monday night and there were 10 customers inside and outside where they have a nice sidewalk cafe feel. That night there was a pianist that was part of the young talent series of live music offered to guests. The two pianist we had the pleasure to listen to were high school students with more talent than most. The small plates were fresh and well made and the wine selection was excellent as it should be based on the name. We also enjoy some mixed drinks and they have draft beers. Over all I would give it 5 stars but that last star left after I got my bill. Make sure you understand the prices here. They are a little overpriced. In my opinion. I would definitely go back but maybe skip the extra drinks.

Wonderful! Came with a friend and had a wine flight and their Dre (Deb?) Pizza. All was delicious. The pizza especially! Our waiter was very courteous and knowledgeable of the wines in the area. Staff were all friendly and masked. Would highly recommend!

503 is always a lovely place to stop off whether you just wish to have a light nosh and spirits or enjoy the live music on the weekends.
Simple but clean and enjoyable menu, proper drinks and enjoyable staff. Worth the trip, worth the stop, worth the visit.

We visited for the first time Saturday night to celebrate a recent milestone. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, and found our table reserved with our name on it. We had a spinach salad and chopped salad, both with added grilled chicken. The Watermill Walla Walla red blend recommended by the bartender was very tasty, and the dessert trio was amazing. Add entertaining live music to all this, and what’s not to love. Ya, we’ll be back.
