We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at this food truck. I have driven past it so many times and finally stopped. Everything you can imagine on a baked potato! The truck was so clean and the service was great. When we received our potatoes they were definitely loaded down with toppings. There are so many toppings to add and the potatoes are fresh and soft. They use nacho cheese and cover it with cheese l, it was so yummy. It is a great comfort food and well worth the stop. There are two picnic tables to the side so you can stay to eat. It was beautiful out so we ate outside.

5 hermanos have the most flavorful potatoes in all POLK county. I found them by accident a s thank God I did. The put a lot of love in their cooking and you can taste all the good flavors! I recommend you get the 5 hermano potatoe, it’s got everything on it! Plus you get all free toppings if you buy a potato!

I wanted a baked potato so bad. Searched the area and found this food truck. Not disappointed at all. It was cheaper than I thought. It was huge and hefty with ingredients. Very fulfilling with just one. If you don’t eat alot, you might want to share one. There was barely a line. They are so grateful for your business. Would recommend.

You guys gain 3 new customers today, almost 4… it was me calling after 7PM to see if they were still open. My wife want it to try it too, next time for sure. I’ll call for the sweet potato .
