Five Below in Redmond, Oregon looks like it’s trying to present itself as something fresh and improved, but my experience was the opposite. I attempted to call the restaurant three or four times to place a to-go order and no one answered the phone. Eventually I placed the order online through their website, assuming that would be smoother. It wasn’t.
The online order took roughly forty to fifty minutes to prepare, and I never received any update or notification that it was ready. I finally drove over assuming it had to be done by then. When I arrived, my $55 order was sitting out on the counter, cold. The waitress acknowledged that it was my food but offered no apology, explanation, or attempt to fix the situation. She just stood there, seemingly unsure what to do.
While I was still processing that, a DoorDash driver came in and got into a small argument with staff right in front of me, which only reinforced how disorganized the place felt. Cold food, zero communication, and no accountability is not acceptable at this price point.
This place feels like a bait and switch: rebranded, marketed as something better, but run like a mess from start to finish.

I love this place they have the best breakfast I’ve had in forever!! I usually get French toast with something stuffed in it and fruit all over it and it is the BEST! The service is good the breakfast is good and there’s a couple of good-looking waitresses that work there too maybe 3 or 4!! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I stopped in here and ordered a piece of cheesecake with fruit all over it but they were out of cheesecake but she did have some lemon cake and she said she would doctor it up with fruit like I like! I now have a new favorite dessert it was awesome! I am definitely going to have to quit eating there so much or buy new clothes one or the other! I went in tonight for a couple of beers and Ms. Julie more than took care of me and my football needs for the evening! The service is great and so is the food!!

Julie is as awesome as a possum! Very attentive and remembers how we like our food. My daughter loves the clam chowder and steaks. Perfect locals place where the waiters learn your name.

Went in for brunch on a weekday so it wasn’t overly crowded, food delicious, (I tried a new dish and was pleasantly surprised), service was perfect, as needed, and Julie our waitress was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Really impressed with the quality & taste of food, Bloody Marys are great!… but $11 for a shot of Tito’s? My double-Tito Bloody Mary was cheaper. How does that make sense? I talked to the girl serving and she was no help, said “I don’t make the prices” that’s not a good bartender.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The chicken fried steak and Bloody Mary were incredible! We sat in the lounge, a variety of booths, tables, and counter at the bar. Very relaxed atmosphere, service by Amber was flawless, she even recommended we share an extra side because of their large portions! Came hungry, and left very happy! We will be back!
