Service was great our waitress was bubbly and personable, the tuna dip was pretty good could taste the smoke. Now the sampler platter … just no … everything was very fatty, mostly fat om the plate vs meat. Seasoning subpar, I smoke at home way better brisket n ribs than what we got here. We wanted to support local and always try to find local spots to try, we wanted to like this place but for the price and taste not worth it. Even though the bathrooms were clean and service was great. Also to add the sweet tea is sour. They do have darts n two pool tables and lots of seating.

What a great little secret! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s a great little restraunt/bar inside. Good food and service. The Bottlecaps were really good and the BLT is amazing.

Definitely a nice local place. Huge building with lots to offer. BBQ was good and super affordable with large serving. Service was polite but slow. So if you are looking for a fast stop while on the road I’d skip this. If you’re just looking for good old bbq with great prices, then this is a total must do.

This is a great local barbecue joint. We have been a few times. We visited on a Friday evening about 7:00 pm. We had no wait for a table. Our drink and food orders were taken quickly, and the food came out quick, too. My husband ordered the sampler, and enjoyed every bit. I ordered the tuna dip sandwich, which was really delicious. We also shared an order of cheese curds. They were super fresh and tasty.

It was kind of dark when we walked in, but the atmosphere was nice. The service was decent. They serve happy hour food and vegetarian dishes as well as BBQ plates. They also have live music and karaoke. There is an outside seating area as well.

I’m from Georgia so I’m pretty particular about my barbecue.
We’ve been here for 4 years, and decided that it was time to try them out.
I got ribs, and pork with two sides.
My wife had the pulled pork sandwich.
The decor, service, and friendly atmosphere was awesome.
Of the two servings of pork we had mine was 2/3 fat.
I’m going to have to give them another try, but I won’t be ordering their pork again.
Hell, I smoke a butt on my way better than what I was served.
By the way….. the restroom was nasty, and there were two urinals out of order for Lord knows how long ?
If a bathroom looks bad I typically won’t eat anything from the kitchen.

Ordered wings to go on an extremely rainy day. Had a beer while I waited, and the service from the bartender was excellent !!
Don’t forget to stop by Heroes next door for drinks, appetizers, and a game of pool.
All in all a fine establishment.

We got there between lunch and dinner so it was slow but perfect for us. The service was great and super friendly, the food was awesome and filling for reasonable prices, the sweet tea was everything you would expect from a southern BBQ joint, and the atmosphere was very nice, clean, and spacious. It was our first time there from Niceville/Fort Walton and we will definitely be making the trip back just for this place. $2 select appetizer Tuesday so we got the fried pickles, fried jalapenos, and onion rings, he got the brisket plate and I got the sampler plate and it was all so good. We spent $40 on it all and ended up taking half of the food home.

My son picked here to eat for his birthday dinner and we very much regret it. They changed their entire menu and took all the burgers off the menu. Now if you want a burger you have to pay extra just to get it on a bun instead of on texas toast. Plus paying extra for cheese and any toppings that used to come on the burgers. The loaded fries no longer come with any meat on them, you have to pay double the price just to get the pulled pork that they used to come with them. Speaking of pulled pork it was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. It was cold when my son got his plate and the taste was awful. Not sure if they’re using liquid smoke now instead of actually smoking the meat, but it had a taste that was almost chemical tasting. Definitely do not recommend. They should just do bar food and forget the terrible bbq

I was shocked with just how spacious the interior was when I walked in. Everything is set up remarkably well considering its a restaurant. Great blend with a live music venue. The prices are a smidgen higher here but, it’s well worth it. The taste and service was incredible. Excellent atmosphere and great location. I’ll definitely be back.
