This place is great if you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat mid play grounding with the kids or after a few laps around the skate trail. The Loaded Grilled Cheese is decadent and the Sweet Potato Tots are a nice alternative option they have. They even have beer, which you know this guy appreciates!

We had the grilled chicken panini and sweet potato tots. The panini had a nice mix of grilled chicken, cheese, and spinach – not real large but very good. Sweet potato tots serving (side upgrade) were excellent. Some indoor small tables and outdoor seating. Atmosphere is nothing special but satisfactory. Offered reasonable soft drink prices with refills. Main issue was quite a long wait for our food.

August 10, Sundae Funday! Seriously there needs to be some training to move things along. 4 people behind the counter. One struggling to scoop a serving. Cups were a mess. 1 at the cash register who lost track of our order for 7 people. One person was not doing anything. And one person tried to help scoop. Two families is waiting behind us. I mean good thing it’s not a real popular event because some people would’ve just left.

Went here for a nice time with the in-laws, two times, flying in and out of Green Bay. The place is very nice, in Titletown. Kind of like a little sandwich shop type atmosphere. It is right next to the big play area so that is awesome! The food was really good, no complaints there. Service was good the first time, no problems, except they wouldn’t refill the water cups they gave us. Then, the second time we went they wouldn’t even give us a cup of water, which was odd and frustrating. This place is a very nice little place to come and get a quick salad, sandwich, burger or strips for the family while they play on the equipment.

the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am actually concerned the reason their girls at the front are so disrespectful is because their supervisor on the floor adds to it. lazy, won’t go above and beyond for simple requests such as request for receipt, adding milk to my child’s hot chocolate to cool it down, THE EYE ROLLING and silent treatment, walking away while I was asking a question and so aggressive (slap the cup down with the milk and walking away without a word. there is no greeting, no friendly goodbye. They need an emergency meeting sit down with front end employees and discuss customer service, and friendliness. if they treated us this way, I guarantee they treat one in five people this way.

Food was dismal, speed of service was even worse. I can’t fault the staff. The set up is not conducive to a quick-service restaurant. Suggest bringing your own food if you plan to visit the Titletown district. I hope things improve.
